The pool is equipped with a heat pump heater. Typically the heater works fine. However, if the temperature outside gets extremely cold (especially overnight without sun), the pool heater will likely have a hard time getting the water to the desired temperature. Please be aware I do not offer refunds or discounts if the water is not at your desired temperature. With that, I do not charge guests extra to heat the pool. The pool and pool equipment is serviced weekly by a professional pool company.

Perfect Vacation House

My husband and I loved this property and so did our six children! Everything was exactly as pictured, beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of space for all of us! The biggest hit was of course the pool and soaking up that Florida sunshine! Check in was a complete breeze, and the house was immaculate. Great to have so many amenities such as towels, paper products, shampoo and conditioner and more. The close proximity to the beaches was also a huge plus! Our favorite was Honeymoon Island. We went there during the day and also for a couple of gorgeous sunsets. You just can't beat that - the setting sun, the crashing waves, and your children running along the beach. Then a quick 15 minute drive "home" to tuck them before another great day! Such a blessing!! We'd definitely stay at the Cycling Mermaid again!

Baby meets great grandparents

I flew in and stayed here with my husband, son, daughter in law and granddaughter. We came so my parents could meet their great grand daughter. The house was amazing. So incredibly clean and comfortable. Beds were great. The space was perfect for us to hang out and enjoy family time. Tara was an amazing host. We will definitely stay again.

Recently updated ranch home with zero steps! Upon arriving you will be welcomed to a private driveway with 2 available parking spots, 1 garage spot, and plenty of street parking. Easily step inside using the keyless entry system. Large living room with electric fireplace and 2 full Pottery Barn leather sofas.

Complimentary coffee and tea provided for your entire stay! The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, including but not limited to, a full cookware set, baking set, spice rack, knife block, 17" roasting pan, and the Ninja FD401 Foodi 12 in 1 Deluxe XL 8qt pressure cooker, air fryer, slow cooker, and more.

The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom and king size bed with direct patio access. Working remotely? Enjoy a working desk with comfortable desk chair in your private space.

On the other side of the house you'll find the second bathroom along with 3 more bedrooms. The second bedroom offers a king size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed, and the fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed set.
