The space
Welcome to the Sunset Bungalows. Consisting of 3 separate units - Big Blue, Lil' Green and Princess Peach, several patios and decks and a common pool area. Sunset Bungalows is the perfect place for the group to relax after enjoying all that Florida's Gulf Coast has to offer.

All structures are newly renovated with each detail hand selected to fit the theme of the property. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the large front porch of Big Blue - a coastal-themed 2/1 home. The open floor plan of Big Blue's kitchen and living room create a perfect space for families and friends to gather and the bathroom features a wet area with rainhead shower and freestanding bathtub. The back door of Big Blue leads to a large back deck, complete with an outdoor dining table and chairs, overlooking the massive fully-fenced common area of the Sunset Bungalows.

Perched on the back deck of Big Blue, Guests will notice the pool lounging area nestled between the front entrance of Lil' Green and Princess Peach.

Guests can descend the deck, or enter from the entry gate near the parking area, to traverse the common area via a paver walkway that travels throughout the property. To the east of the pool is Lil' Green - a 50's themed studio complete with retro-fit appliances, record player and other amenities to fit the era. To the west of the pool area is Princess Peach - a cabin themed studio donning exposed wood accents and a vaulted ceiling.

On site, guests can enjoy relaxing in the pool, lounging in the sun, or firing up the grill for an outdoor meal pool-side. Turn on the outdoor string lights in the evening for the perfect nighttime ambiance.

Rainy day? No problem! Guests can also enjoy our home inside playing board games, cards, or relaxing while watching a movie on one of the several TVs on the property - each bedroom and living area is equipped with its own TV.

Each kitchen features brand new appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and other goodies, including a Nespresso maker (pods included) and tea kettle (with tea). All beds are queen size with brand new luxury bedding, and each room includes a rollaway cot for extras sleeping (if needed). There are two washers and two dryers on the premises and each unit has one reserved parking space (though, up to 6 cars can fit in the parking area).
