The couch (click clack style) in common TV area also folds out for small sleeping area for child or small adult. On the main level is an open-concept living room, kitchen, eating nook, half bath, and deck access. Ladder stairs (alternating tread) lead to the open loft which overlooks the living room area. The loft has two twin beds and a tv, perfect for kids.
