Thank so much for your review. Since the last satisfactory review and their comment about the missing outside railing leading up to the front door, we immediately retained a company and ordered custom hand railing to be made. It took the company over five weeks to make and install the custom railing. As of today, a very nice handrail was installed making the staircase very safe. We have requested the management company to take pictures of the stairs and have it posted on the site for our guests viewing. I will make sure the management team removes some of those 500 coffee filters in time for your next stay with us. I guess the management team wanted to make sure you didn’t run out of filters, ~Wink~. I will also request that the management team removes the instant coffee and replaces it with a real can of Mrs. Folgers coffee. And just a quick note to say that we are continuously upgrading the guesthouse suite to make it more comfortable and cozy for our guest. We are now completing the construction of the outside deck area so our guests can have coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise and have dinner at night to watch the sunset, all while overlooking the city lights view. Brand new furniture is also in the horizon. Although we have been rated by our previous guests of being a 4 & 5 star establishment, rest assured we do not charge 5 star rental prices whatsoever, in fact, we are still far below market rate for our expensive area. We keep are prices the same all year round even during peak season. We do this so people can still afford to come to the San Francisco bay area.
