The host was most welcoming and was available when needed. The studio apartment was amazing, beautifully decorated and very private and quiet! The beach access and view was worth every cent we spent!!!! We most definitely recommend this rental to all!!!!

The communication with the host was excellent. They even answered my questions when it was late in the evening. The place was cute and comfortable. We enjoyed our mornings watching the sunrise from the patio and listening to the ocean at night. Would love to stay here again when the weather is a little warmer to get into the water!

Healing trip

Our check in and communication was very easy, the owner was very attentive a prompt with answers to questions. Great location with an amazing view listing was accurate. We had an amazing stay an will definitely want to come back.

This property was exactly as listed. STUNNING. Hosts were great with communication and checked on us multiple times to make sure our stay was great. Property was very clean and very cute. Our kids loved the pullout couch and found it quite comfy! This was the perfect place to stay and wake up to the beach, especially for our family of 4. We had so many beach floatie/chairs etc to choose from and never “went without.”We said multiple times how much we’ve enjoyed this trip and our stay here. Honestly, the only thing we don’t love about it- is that we don’t own it!10/10 recommend!

Couples getaway

Perfect little place for my husband and I to getaway to. Everything was practically new inside. It was amazing having coffee at one of the outside tables in the morning as the sun was coming up and then having wine in the same area as the sun went down. A little confusing starting out because you have to turn in ahead of the property and the garage with beach chairs was not labeled. We reached out to the owners with a couple of questions and they were quick to give us answers. They also checked on us after the first night. The only downside to this property is that any noise can be heard inside. The people across the way on our last night had just checked in earlier that day and did not go in until 4am. All in all, we will definitely keep this unit in mind for future visits.

You have checked in with me during my stay to ensure I didn't need anything and all of you are always kind when we visit. I miss picking up the keys at seaside, but understand the changes and it is convenient to not have to worry about a key. Mainly, I miss coming in and seeing you all, really. 💖 You all have always been accommodating for my family and myself and I no longer book with anyone else. Thank you for a great place to stay for our wonderful vacation! 💖

The cottage has been updated and is very nice, great location, cottage was very clean. Vegetation is lush, grounds are well kept, Australian Pines provide great shade. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Endless Summer provided everything one would need for people who love the beach. The sand is right outside your door and access to the beach is only a few steps away. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The barbecue grill was shared but readily available. A convenience store was right across the street and you can easily walk to nearby restaurants. Sharon and Taylor are always responsive if you have any questions or issues. Seaside is a reliable company.

I didn’t appreciate Virgo taking funds out for themselves. I would appreciate that money refunded back to me. It didn’t go to the property management it went to you so I would like my money refunded back to me other than that it was nice I do not think I would be going back to Berghoff, because of the situation of you taking my money.

Nice BeachFront location for 2

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at Endless Summer on the Beach #C for 1 week. Small Studio with Queen Size bed, good fit for 2 people (did not try the sofa bed). Location is good if you want quiet and beautiful gulf beach experience. Can take the Trolley for more busy areas. Bike rental and a few restaurants walking distance to rental. Pros: Property is right on the beach! Bed and sheets are comfortable. They provide beach chairs and beach umbrella. Grill outside was great!Cons: kitchen needs an urgent upgrade! Kitchen cooking utensils, pots and pans NEED to be replaced ASAP! We only cooked because there was a grill outside, otherwise it would have been next to impossible with what they got.

Cozy cottage perfect for couples.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to see a cute cottage decorated modern and with awesome views of the gulf. My hubby went to lay on the bed to see if it was comfortable only to have termite wings fly up and see the actual infestation of termites IN the sheets, inside the pillow cases and all over the bed! Disgusting to say the least ! We called and spoke to Ruth who had the housekeeper show up. She saw the mess and LIVE termites and was grossed out too! She did mention the other cottage also had the same issue and the termites swarmed there too. What got me was Ruth initially wanted to wash the bedding?? Absolutely NOT! My husband and I didn't even want to stay in there at all seeing the amount of LIVE bugs all over! They did have a pest control rep come out and treated the spot where they came from. After that we had no other issues w the bugs! The housekeeper Shana was awesome!! She left new sheets and a new comforter for us! I asked her to let us make the bed later that day to be sure the bugs were completely gone before new bedding went on. What disappointed us was how Ruth seemed to not think the termites were a big deal. Sharon did apologize and was kind enough to give us a Guppys gift card. I just think in a situation like this, where we had been up super early, took a flight to FL from NC, finally get to check in and had a carload of groceries we had stopped to get on the way, only to arrive to a nasty bug infested bed? And the attitude from Ruth was not apologetic in any way. As business owners we were honestly surprised she wasn't going above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable after all of that. The family above us all week did let their three boys run back and forth the condo upstairs non stop. That was too much to listen to and we just didn't want to deal w talking with them. On a happier note, the cottage is quaint, views are beautiful and location is convenient! We did love the view and beach.

Quiet location, full ocean view, perfect for small families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th consecutive year enjoying unit C. The unit and building have remained exactly the same through the years. Great location, 1 bedroom plus pull out (which is very firm) is sufficient for our family of four. The kitchen is a little tight for a weeks worth of food however with the use of ALL cabinets it can be done. The easy check-in and good communication are always appreciated. The identical unit next door allows for traveling with other families/friends but having your own space and the much larger unit upstairs provides an opportunity for large families to plan trips with friends/family without being on top of one another.Wifi is very weak in the downstairs unit due to the signal being broadcast from the upstairs unit. If we had not been visiting with friends who were staying in the upstairs unit and allowed us to work from upstairs we could not have conducted virtual meetings for the few times we needed to.We kept the air at 72 and while cool when walking in from outside, it fights to keep everyone cool overnight.The new sand dunes were NOT placed in front of this unit allowing the beautiful view of the water to remain for the 1st floor rooms. The building itself could use a little TLC. Some loose ceiling/soffit boards are in need of repair, screen between the two downstairs units is in need of repair but overall the interior is well maintained. Endless Summer on the Beach #C has provided us with memories we will cherish - now on to exploring the rest of the US!

We had an awesome time it was the perfect size for my husband and I. The place was clean. We would stay there again the beach is right there and maybe get some more lounge chairs the people that were upstairs had them the entire week even though they weren't using them they left all of their things on them the entire time even though they were gone or upstairs on the balcony. But other than that we had an amazing time there.

Outstanding spot right on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage is all about location! It was so wonderful to walk out the door right to the beach. We loved the gorgeous view from the porch. We appreciated all the beach chairs, lawn chairs, and other equipment that was available to use. On windy days we lounged up by the house where the vegetation blocked the wind. The unit itself is more of a studio space- not much separation between the sleeping and living areas- but was perfect for my husband and me. It was clean, but could use a good wall to wall scrubbing. The kitchen is older and felt a little grungy. There was a family in the unit upstairs. It was mostly quiet, but when their kids started running around we could hear them- annoying. Next door unit was quiet. Overall, it’s a wonderful space, with a gorgeous front-row view of the sunset.
