The condo was clean and nice. There was hardly any hot water so the jetted tub wasn’t able to be used comfortably and when the jets came on mold came out of the jets. The bed in the master bedroom was terrible! It leans on one side and has a huge dip in the left side of the bed. We had to lay blankets down just to be even level with the other side.

Branson weekend getaway

Overall, great property and great price for a 2BR 2 bath condo. The only recommendation is I wish the bathrooms had soap, shampoo, & conditioner.

Clean large condo in a good location.

We stayed 2 nights with a party of 6, this was one of the nicer condos that i've stayed at in Branson. The condo is large, spacious and very clean. The property was clean, unfortunately the building with the pool and gym was closed. Overall we were very pleased.

Overall opinion

Look like no one had been there since Valentine Day - I think it should have been a little more decorated for Christmas. Don’t think I should have been charged the extra amount to check in early since I could tell it was not recently cleaned.

Does have a jet tub but couldn't find the switch to turn it on, handle on the sliding door was broken, only a walk out condo if you're going out the back door, not many TV channels other than local.

Had trouble getting the door code. Then I found another code was sent to my email address. I waited about 45 minutes until my call was returned from the manager. The room was ok. It was clean. The coffee maker was temperamental. It spitted out coffee when it started and would not stop until all of the water drained out.

At least it was affordable

The number "1" on the keypad was not working well. It was hard to get it to register when we pushed it. This made it difficult to unlock the door as it was part of the code. There were spider webs in multiple places, as well as dust on the ceiling fans, and food or something on the front of the kitchen cabinets. Also, there were limited plates so we were having to hand wash after each meal to have enough for the next time. We had to save the detergent tabs to wash the final load prior to check out. There were too few towels, and we had to buy detergent to wash them during the stay. They left just a few tabs to wash the towels upon departure. (I did of course do that.) Overall it was fine, especially for the price, but I feel paying attention to those details would have made it much better.

Quick family get away

Very spacious, clean and nicely located. We will consider coming back. A few things could be addressed to make it a better property but not deal breakers for us: The correct door code could be posted in condo with pass lanyard for pool, the master bath vent is very loud and the master bath tub faucet is not sturdy (maybe loose), more channels on tv, replace missing base boards in kitchen and laundry rooms, master bath door wont open fully (hitting towel holder). Those reasons are why 4 stars on cleanliness because i didn't know of a better place to rate those. The property manager did communicate well as long as it was email not by phone or replying to texts this was found out a little later again not a big deal. Now this part is more for VRBO than the property I really dont like the way you finnally get your search dialed down to a few options and you filter it by nightly cost plus tax and then to find out at payment time there's all these fees added which almost doubles the nightly cost very frustrating to the point of I'm really going to have to think about the renting of anything in the future. But thats just me it may not bother anyone else, I would just like to know up front before I waste a bunch of time searching for sites. So with all that said yes we had a good time and I would recommend this condo. Thats the most honest review I can give Thanks, Mitchell.

This condo was very nice and comfortable. It was as exactly as described. The only issue we had was with the wifi, but it was resolved quickly! Would stay here again!

Great Stay!

Beautiful and very spacious condo! Easy access to everything and the pools and hot tub were right across the parking lot. We never could access anything but local channels, but we were busy enough we didn't really need the TV anyway. We'll definitely stay here again!

Nice neighborhood

Nice quiet area, not too far from the strip. Is NOT a “walkout” as advertised, you must go down one flight of stairs. Condo was nice and roomy but we had issues with wifi and the living room tv. The condo had decor from Valentine’s Day along with some fall decorations and Christmas. Master bedroom and bathroom were HUGE but guest bed/bath were very small. Right across from the indoor and outdoor pools and indoor hot tub. Dumpsters across from condo were full and overflowing.
