We call this the Saddle house, Just Renovated with a fully loaded kitchen, Granite countertops, Stainless appliances, LG Washer and Dryer . Vaulted Ceilings, Two bedrooms with queen beds and walk in closets, Wall mounted flat screens in every room. You'll love the open living room with a xxl bean bag, Reclining couch, perfect for relaxing, a loft above for the kids with a twin mattress and Air Mattress for extra guests.

Home is cleaned with disinfectants after each family leaves, to insure cleanliness.

We had a great time visiting the Loa area and Capital Reef. This is a great, reasonably priced home, not too far to drive into Capital Reef. There’s a good grocery store nearby, and we were able to cook many nights which worked well, as we were in the park until late night. Thanks for a great stay.

No Hot Water! I called upon arrival to let them know. I was told plumbing was set up backwards for shower, and cold was hot, and hot was cold. Both were cold! Three days of cold showers!!

I spoke with the guest on there first night on the phone and told them to let the water run for a few minutes because the water lines were long, and hot and cold water in the shower were ran opposite. no further communication came from them to resolve any other issues. There is hot water, just no patience.

Chanelle was awesome. Had a few things come up that they were quick to resolve. I planned this trip for the Fish Lake perch tournament with a group of friends. The place had plenty of room for everyone, a full kitchen (which we used to cook breakfast) a functional two sink bathroom. Three tvs, one in the main area and one in each bedroom. My Son, myself, and my friends all had a good stay and would stay again. Thank you

Nice layout. Kitchen has plenty of appliances. There is cable so you have plenty of movies to choose from and plenty of seating around the big screen TV. There is soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Mattresses are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Cute Getaway

We've stayed here before and will stay here again! Its open floor plan is nice and it has a cozy atmosphere to it. We had smaller children and there were books and games for them to use. The kitchen has about every appliance you could think of and I love that the beds are so comfy.

National Parks Trip

My sister and i went to The Mighty Five and Mesa Verde National Park. The atay in Blanding waa very comfortable. Good shower pressure, thermostat control. We just needed to be patient for thw hot water

Great stay for our young family

We stayed two nights with our 8, 5, and 2 year old children. The place was clean and we were comfortable. We drove into Capitol Reef National Park which was about a half hour drive. The bedrooms are nice with the walk in closets. The bathroom and kitchen are also nice. Bathroom has a nice shower. Chanelle was very kind and accommodating of us.

Just what we needed for a couple days at capitol reef.

Cute rental. Was nicely updated. Met all our needs for the couple of days we stayed there. Was 30 minutes from Capitol Reef. About 2 hours from Goblin Valley. Our kids love the loft! That was a fun addition. Had a couple quirks, but nothing to dissuade us from staying. The shower took a long time to warm up, but was fine after that.

Funny kitchen

We had a great stay but found the kitchen hit and miss. No dish towels and maybe 3 glasses. Also there wasn’t really a pot to cook soup or oatmeal in. The rest was fine.

Cozy place!

We enjoyed our stay in this home while visiting Capitol Reef. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the spacious living area with a large TV to relax after a long day of hiking. My kids loved the loft area, and the children's books/games. It had a cozy cabin feel which added to our overall vacation experience. It was also located closely to a grocery store, so it was easy to access any last minute items we needed. Chanelle and John were great to work with. They were responsive and attentive. Thank you for helping make our spring break vacation memorable.

Owner didn't send me check-in details until 11pm the night of. My family was forced to find other accommodations as a result. Home seems to be in a nice area, a shame we were not able to stay there.

The house was very cold, the owner was helpful to get it fixed but the heater stopped working more than once and the doors let in a lot of cold air. The shower was never warm enough to be comfortable. There were only 6 bed spots, two people had to sleep on couches. The kids loft is tiny, accessible only by a ladder on the wall, only enough room for one twin mattress and you had to crawl. It was right above the TV.
