Great open space for gathering and hanging out. The kids loved the pool and available floats. House was as described, clean, plenty of towels, and kitchen had everything we could have wanted for meal prep. Would recommend/stay again.

This property is truly outstanding. The house is beautiful, well-stocked and roomy while comfortable. The beds are extremely comfy. The pool is heated, the hut tub is easy to operate and there is a fire pit and pickle board court. The location is private but close to everything. I’ve stayed on many beautiful properties over the last 15 years. This is my favorite.

Book your stay! Everything about the home and experience was outstanding. The home is centrally located so that you’re able to bounce around the many beautiful areas with ease. The house itself is well kept, has everything you and your group could need for your stay and was very clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and were a huge bonus during our unusually warm fall stay. Gina, the host, was beyond accommodating and so easy to work with! We were here with a group of 8 adults for my husband’s 40th and it was the perfect venue to host a special weekend! We look forward to visiting again soon!

This was an amazing stay for our family of 13, with the youngest only 2, and the oldest 76. The home was beautiful and well-kept. Plenty of room for everyone! Gina was an excellent host and was very responsive to all of our needs! It was rare that we even left to wander out because the kids were having such a great time at the pool. The kitchen had everything anyone would ever need to cook and serve. We were close to restaurants (to order out) and shopping nearby. What a wonderful experience for our family. We would definitely return to this house, or even another one with Gina as the host. I wish I could give (her) more than 5 stars!! :)

Weekend Getaway!

Beautiful private home, extremely spacious. Great host!! We truly enjoyed our stay for our annual girls trip. Close to entertainment and the wineries. The house was clean and very accommodating. The host Gina and the house was a gem. We will definitely revisit.

Great House, Great Pool

Our family gathering of 13 was a huge success largely due to this great home. Although this was supposed to be a beach vacation, we couldn’t get the children out of the pool. The large, well stocked kitchen made preparing family meals a breeze. Comfortable beds for all.

Loved our stay

This was our first trip to Michigan, we had several families from different states who met and we all loved this property. Everything you could possible need is there, the beds were comfy with many sleeping arrangement options. Extra towels, plenty of dishes, host responded in a timely manner. 5/5!

Perfect home for a family of 10

We met Gina upon arrival, a nice welcoming touch. Our three-generation family enjoyed the clean and spacious home. The kitchen had everything one could possibly need. Our grandkids loved their comfy beds. The heated pool, basketball/pickleball court were exceptional. These amenities, along with New Buffalo/Union Pier shops and beach, made for a perfect stay!

Perfect Summer Vacay House!

We spent a week at this amazing Union Pier home with the extended family and loved every minute of our stay. The updated home is immaculate with tons of space for our family of 12. We spent hours on the pickle ball court and spent days in the enormous private pool. We cooked meals in the huge kitchen that is stocked with every pot, pan, and cooking utensil you will ever need. We grilled on the massive grill and had seats for everyone at the kitchen table. The location is central to everything we wanted from a quick trip to quaint Union Pier to dinners in New Buffalo or Three Oaks. This house was perfect for our family get away to Michigan and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for an amazing get away! The amazingly responsive hosts made every part of our booking and stay feel effortless. Thank you!!

Wonderful house and property

A terrific home with well stocked central kitchen and dining room, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful pool with lounge chairs. and outdoor dining table with grill, all in a woodsy setting. Short bike or drive to the nearby beach. Short drive to New Buffalo to the south and the Warren Dunes to the north.

Raz Rd. House

This house is very comfortable for family members sharing living space if you are not routinely living together. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms and baths. Lots of privacy. The screened in porch is the place to gather and just talk until after the sun sets. Perfect vacation if you wake up, make pancakes for breakfast, go in the pool all day, make dinner, chat on the porch and go to bed (repeat every single day!)

Fantastic Weekend at a Beautiful Home

This house is amazing! It's gorgeous, so roomy, beautiful open concept main floor with two bedrooms, each with its own en suite (also a main floor powder room). Upstairs were three more bedrooms and a bathroom. The hot tub and heated swimming pool were perfect for creating a fun and relaxing weekend for our entire group! Gina the host was super responsive and helpful, everything went so smoothly, between the amazing house and great host, it was a perfect weekend!

Family Reunion

Spectacular home fit the needs of 10 adults and 6 children under the age of 4. Layout of the home was great and made the flow great with a great screened in porch when it rained for 1/2 a day, basketball court, pool & a fire pit. Refrigerators out on the porch and a great deck for BBQ. Didn't need to wander off the property very often. One of the best trips ever!

Family vacation

We had 15 family members from 13-78 for our yearly vacation and had a wonderful time here! The house, pool area, and all outdoor areas were all very well kept up and extremely clean. The pool and pickleball/basketball court were big hits with everyone and used everyday. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to cook and serve meals in. We enjoyed the screened in porch as well as the fire pit at night. This was our 20th year of doing a big family vacation and I would say this ranked as one of the top houses we have rented! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Amazing house for multi-generational families!

This is the second time my family has stayed at this beautiful house, and we hope it’s not the last! We had a multi-generational group ranging from age 1 to grandparents, and the house is perfect for everyone. Lake Michigan is such a short bike ride away, but the pool is so nice for those times in between when you don’t want to go all the way to the beach. The hot tub was also a nice addition! We love how well stocked the kitchen is since my family loves to cook. But close to great restaurants too if you don’t feel like cooking.This house is a gem, don’t pass it up!

Fully stocked home, stress free stay

We had such a wonderful stay! We have stayed at a variety of homes this size and this was by FAR the most well stocked home, from kitchen utensil to pool toys and games, there were no items we missed! It really made our stay stress free. Three couples plus kids made us a family of 10, and we were so happy that the table and living room could accommodate us all (I looked at so many homes with 4+ bedrooms but only had seating at a table for 6 or so!). We had a few questions during our stay and Gina was very kind, helpful and quick to respond. This is a gem of a vacation home, we will definitely be back!

Union Pier Summer Fun

The house was very conveniently located to the main road. The house was exactly as pictures but with an even better layout than expected. The pool with the beautiful hydrangea bordered fence was the highlight of the trip. We used it daily and it was glorious. The pool deck had wonderful shade and even the pool had shade in the morning and again in the late afternoon. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and so well maintained. It was a joy to cook in this kitchen. While we would have loved a basement, we utilized the pickle ball court and large yard instead. The mosquitos around the porch/property were plentiful so my only recommendation would be to spray for mosquitoes before guests arrive. Beds were very comfortable, showers all were excellent, nest thermometers kept everyone comfortable. We would come back to this vacation house. Gina was a responsive host!
