Welcome to Summer Breeze! This stunning brand new construction vacation home is located in the charming village of Grand Beach! This beautiful property boasts an abundance of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. With its spacious layout, this home offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, along with an office that has a queen pullout sofa, providing ample space for relaxation and privacy. Additionally, there are three luxurious bathrooms, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.

One of the highlights of this vacation home is the screened porch, where you can enjoy the fresh breeze and tranquil setting while sipping your morning coffee or dining al fresco. But the biggest highlight would be the beautiful large heated pool!

For those seeking entertainment and fun, this home features a game room, equipped with a ping pong/pool table, PacMan and a Pop A Shot basketball game and a variety of board games, there's something for everyone!

Located just a short walk or quick golf cart ride to the beach where you can spend your days lounging on the sandy shores and swimming in the Lake Michigan waters. Also just a short walk from the home is the playground, 9 hole golf course, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts.

Perfect Family Getaway

We love the Grand Beach New Buffalo area. This home was not only clean but beautiful on the inside. Great for entertaining & relaxing with our family. The newest addition of the pool was a really nice option that we all enjoyed.

Had the absolute best weekend here with my friends! Such a beautiful and luxurious home. There was a ton of space for everyone, and we loved all parts of the home, especially the screened porch and basement! It’s such a short drive to downtown New Buffalo. I’d definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed at this fantastic property for a week in July. I would highly recommend this property. This was a superb house for our group. Beautiful house with a ton of amenities. We regularly used the golf cart for easy access to beach, golf course, and neighborhood park. The pool was an excellent alternative from the beach and we were able to set up a badminton set up in the yard, which we brought. This location was easy for access to New Buffalo, Michigan City, and other fun places up the coastline. Gina was a wonderful host for us who was helpful ensuring we had a smooth check in. We would go back any time.

We rented this home to gather family from Chicago to celebrate my husband’s 60th bday. Everything was perfect! The home is stunning - cozy and beautifully appointed! We loved the golf cart and lucked out with a gorgeous day at the beach! The pool was fabulous - many hours spent relaxing and playing games. The lower level was amazing - perfect space for watching some college football and passing the hours on a rainy morning. Really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and table linens allowing us to prepare and enjoy a big birthday dinner celebration. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful… we will be back again very soon! Can’t recommend this home enough!

Loved this community and this house....

Last minute trip to MI and we stumbled into this house ... It was a new rental and we weren't sure what to expect ... It was outstanding. Awesome location to golf and beach, surrounded by lovely homes and nature, and the house itself was brand new and well equipped. Strongly recommend.
