Spectacular 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with an open floor plan that is great for entertaining. A fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large walk in pantry.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, walk in closet jetted tub and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and smart TV. The third bedroom has 2 sets of full size bunk beds that would be perfect for kids (or adults!!) and a twin bed. The family room has a smart TV and an oversized sofa and lounge chair perfect for relaxing in the cool AC after a hot day on the boat.

The large, luxurious and PRIVATE backyard is equipped with a pool, hot tub, (with the option to heat either just ask for details) BBQ, fire pit, 2 smart TVs for your viewing pleasure and outdoor patio furniture. You'll find yourself just wanting to stay home to enjoy this amazing backyard! This house is perfect for your vacation!

Beautiful quiet home

My husband and I had a lovely time at Casa Azul. We really enjoyed the Jacuzzi after a long day out on the lake! We appreciated the sweet touches of snacks, waiting for us and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. The home is as pretty as a pictures. The hosts were very responsive. And we will definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

Loved this beautiful home!! Very spacious house! We we’re a family of 8 and there’s was plenty of room. Swimming pool was relaxing!! Especially at night with the lights on and the waterfalls. What we loved the most about our stay was the communication with the property owners. If there was any issues or questions we had they were super quick to answer. They made our stay much more enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend this beautiful house and especially the hospitality they show you. 5 plus stars all the way!!

Wonderful experience

Beautiful house. Backyard, pool, and hot tub were amazing. Really appreciated how quick and responsive the property owners were with all my questions during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

We took our kids to Lake Havasu for Spring Break at this residence. It was a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The backyard at this house is peaceful and offers privacy from any neighbors or street traffic. The block wall around the backyard also blocks a majority of any wind if it is a windy day. Most of the pool gets the sun for the entire day. There is an area of the pool that gets shade in the mid/late afternoon. It’s the perfect combination. There are two plastic pool chairs to put in the shallow end to keep cool on the hot days. The interior decor and setup is clean, cute, and cozy. The host responds quickly with any questions that may come up. Grocery amenities are a very short drive. We took the kids parasailing at the lake and it was a blast! It is a very clean and friendly city with lots of activities to do.

Amazing!!!

This house is exactly as the listing states!!! It was beautiful, well appointed and the owner was very good at responding to questions. It is quite a winding drive to downtown and other locations but the house was so amazing that we never wanted to leave!!! Would very much recommend this home!

Highly recommend!

Our stay was great! The pool and hot tub were beautiful! The house was so nicely decorated! We needed help getting the fire pit started and called the owners and they responded quickly and walked us through how to put it on.

Best pool ever!

We came here to make the most of the pool. We were not disappointed. It was an absolutely epic vacation for the kids. The owners were very responsive the whole time, making sure the pool was at the right temperature. Bunk beds were fun for the kids, they slept great. Master bedroom felt luxurious. The place was clean, modern and elegant. Fire pit was a great addition. Highly recommended!

Perfect desert getaway

Had a great extended weekend at this location. Property was clean, stylish, and comfortable. Host was very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Backyard pool area was beautiful, quiet, and great for relaxing. Highly recommend!

One word...WOW

All I can say is WOW! This property is as nice as the pictures showed. The furniture and decorations made us feel like we were at a high end resort. And the backyard...unreal. They really put a lot of work into making this home amazing. Margo was always a pleasure to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. We will definitely be renting this home again in the future.
