We are excited to share our home with you. We dreamed up everything we could want and need in a vacation rental and put it into our home. From comfortable sleeping arrangements, to all the activities kids and adults could want, to being lakeside and minutes from the State Park with the boat launch ramps, to having the ultimately privacy in a luxury area, and more. We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

Lakeside, close to restaurants/store, quiet neighborhood (residential)

Car, walk, bike, Uber - everything is within about 10 minutes away (entertainment, restaurants, attractions)

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
>No parties/events without preauthorization and paid refundable deposit and event fee
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation
**Our occupancy count on this listing is 16 guests.. if you have a larger group and have questions about bringing additional guests please contact us before booking (The house is equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests with beds/linens etc.). We have the right to accept or deny the request and charge a refundable damage deposit. Each person after 16 guests is $35/night.

Summer Pool cooling is available for $100 + $95 per day

SPRING/SUMMER POOL HEATING
Heated pool up to 75 degrees = No charge
Heated pool up to 85 degrees = $75 + $45 per day
Heated pool up to 90 degrees = $75 + $65 per day
During the middle of the summer heating is not typically needed. To maintain temperatures during the early spring, pool needs to be recovered overnight and when not in use. If you want to keep the pool uncovered with continuous 24 hour heating to maintain those temperatures through the night it will be an extra $50 per day. During the summer the pool cover is not needed, therefore it will be removed.

FALL/WINTER POOL HEATING
Heated pool up to 75 degrees = No charge
Heated pool up to 85 degrees = $100 + $75 per day
Heated pool up to 90 degrees = $100 + $95 per day
To maintain these temperatures during the fall/winter, pool needs to be recovered overnight and when not in use. If you want to keep the pool uncovered with continuous 24 hour heating to maintain those temperatures through the night it will be an extra $75 per day.

PETS
>$45/night per pet
>$250 deposit
>$25 fine if pets are not picked up after in the yard
>Keep pets off furniture and beds otherwise additional cleaning charges will be charged if professional cleaning is needed to remedy imbedded fur
>Please no pets in the pool area (basketball goal area is separately fenced)

FIREPIT
>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, if you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you up to one fill.
