Nestled between the red rock Moab Rim and the La Sal mountain range, 15 minutes to Arches National Park, and 40 minutes to Canyonlands; this Sunset Moab vacation home is surrounded by all of the trails and spectacular land space that make Moab world-famous. A short 5-minute drive to downtown, this single-family ranch home has everything you need and plenty of room for the whole family. We have a new walk-in spa-like shower (added Dec 2024) in the master bath and a beautiful indoor electric fireplace for warmth in the colder months and ambiance (added Jan 2025) in the living room. Find a new outdoor challenge every day and then enjoy a barbecue on our Weber Spirt EX-315 Smart Grill in the backyard with large teak table & chairs, or a take relaxing soak in the seasonal community pool or hot tub to complete the day's adventure. We also have a new community playground for kids to enjoy!

The home was in a great location. The host and owner were both very responsive when I contacted them with minor issues. The home had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. The location was the prefect location for our visit to Canyonlands and Arches.

The location of the house is good- a bit south of Moab town center, near most of the subdivisions of the Moab area. Very quiet street, excellent views in every direction (from above other houses and fence lines). The house was spacious for 5 adults and 2 kids (one couple in main room, kids and a couple in 2 queen room, one adult in 2 doubles room). Fenced in private back yard with nice grass good for kids to roll around. Neighborhood playground a short stroll up the road about 4 houses. Kitchen equipped well (I would say perfectly adequate). Two full restrooms. Adequate street parking and the trailer parking lot is 2 houses down. We had a great time.

The property is nice. It is about 6-8 minutes outside of downtown Moab and 12-15 from Arches. It is a decent value for the area and what you get contentwise.

Perfect accommodations

The property was perfect for what we needed! We had an amazing trip! The home had everything we needed for our stay! The kitchen was perfect! Parking for our trucks and trailers was wonderful! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone headed to Moab to vacation!

Great place for family vacation

House has everything you need for a family vacation. Plenty of room in common areas & bedrooms. Good communication with host. Great location to parks & downtown Moab. Nice quiet & cute neighborhood.

Pleasant stay

We had a family trip to Arches for Memorial Day long weekend and stayed at this property for 3 nights. Houses is maintained very well as listed and very nice neighborhood. Close proximity to the national parks and downtown. Views from back yard is very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Owner Todd was very accommodative for our late check out request. Thank you..

Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed the quiet’ neighborhood and the location. The fenced in backyard with fire pit and table large enough for six was a nice addition and it was put to good use.

Awesome for Arches and Canyonlands

Great property and well stocked. Loved having the grill and 2 coolers since we flew in. Able to keep food and waters cold while hiking. Was great to use the washing machine after hot trekking. Adult and older teen kids liked having their own rooms!

Lodging

I didn’t have to ask for anything as whatever I needed was issued before I needed it. All the check in and check out process was done via text and email. Pool was microscopic and the hot tub was out of commission. Both were dirty. Not this property’s fault though. I would still be happy to stay there again.

Moab spring break

We had a great stay. Lots of room. Perfect for our small family. We had some plumbing issues while we were there and they took care of the issue super fast. We had everything we needed.
