The private dock will hold up to a 36' overall length boat and has plenty of room to store gear. Bring your laptop - High Speed internet connection!!!
On the gulf side, Cudjoe Key offers the Great White Heron National Wildlife Refuge, and just minutes from Big Pine's Key Deer. When it comes time to relax, take your choice: in the comfy living room with a flat screen television, having your favorite cocktail on your private deck, or just telling old fishing and boating stories sitting by the pool.
This community also features a large fresh water pool, children's pool and Jacuzzi facing the ocean. This is the place to take all of your daily worries away and where lifetime memories are made!
Venture Out is a golf cart friendly community with many activities to keep you occupied during your stay plus miles of paved road for biking and walking in a safe gated community.

Cute little bungalow on a seawall wow!!

Our stay at this unit was great!! With the ability to park a boat out back, we had all the ocean access we needed for diving and fishing. The house was clean and comfortable, and perfect for a get away!

The location is wonderful! Loved sitting outside and watching the sunset. Very nice and heated community pool. My daughter loved this! The house was good. The bathroom could use an update but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed it. Ready on time and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Towels were extra soft, and really nice TV’s. We would stay there again.

Great location

Great location. We went for a guys fishing trip. The marina was great and easy access to the ocean. It is a quite neighborhood. The space is tight but worked for us. We rented 3 units between 5 guys and each unit was clean.

Quiet Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at Venture Out. The location of the rental within the park is great. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the pool while we were there but it looked great. We loved the location on Cudjoe Key, close enough to Key West if you want to visit but far enough away from the crowds. You are close to all sorts of activities. We can't wait to visit again, next time for a longer stay!

The house itself was very nice and met our expectations, with the exception of the fridge, which wasn’t cooling properly. However, that wasn’t a deal breaker. One of the deck steps was also loose, which could be a safety concern.What was truly frustrating—and not mentioned in the rental details—was the trailer parking situation. We’ve stayed at this property before and were previously able to park our boat trailer on-site without any issues. This time, however, we had to pay extra to park the trailer off-site, about 7 minutes away.This change is a deal breaker for us and would make us reconsider renting this property again.

We loved the property. There were a couple of maintenance things. The front door stuck a little when unlocking. The refrigerator door does not seal properly. Great, property we will be back

Family trip

This was our first day at venture out. The resort was nice. The house we stayed in definitely needs some updates. There were a couple of things that were broken around the property. The bikes are very rusted and the handlebars are very hard to turn. I don’t know that I would really say it can sleep six people unless four of them are children. The communication with the property manager was fair at best. I received answers back on about 50% of my concerns. We would stay at venture out again, just not this particular property.

It was a wonderful stay. Quaint, enjoyable place and location. Pool and views amazing. My only suggestion would be to figure out/upgrade the air conditioning situation. It was unfortunate to see cardboard filling in open window spaces next to the air conditioner in more than one place. It became warm when it wouldn’t have if it was properly done. Other than that simply a great little community. If you book just ask if they upgraded the cardboard boxes!

There is no boat trailer parking and the overflow lot for a 2nd vehicle is not guaranteed and is first come first serve and may not be reserved in advance. Starting April 1st, AT&T will begin Operation Fiberoptic VO. Three teams will swarm the park in multiple locations. Please make sure your renters are aware that there will be park-wide construction. Potholes, noise, & wifi outage will be the norm. for 4-6 weeks, while they bring us up to date. Due to ongoing upgrades inside the association some of the amenities may not be available during your stay and there maybe some interruption in electric service as repairs are made. Please contact prior to booking for approx. closure/repair dates.
