The open-concept great room offers space to gather, relax, and reconnect without feeling crowded. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking for a group easy, whether you’re grilling outdoors or enjoying meals together inside.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $75 per night and must be enabled for the entire stay due to heating time and operational costs. If you’d like to add pool heat, just let us know and we’ll send a payment request.

Rain or shine, enjoy a game room and arcade fun, plus multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. Located near Hochatown dining, shopping, hiking trails, and Broken Bow Lake, this cabin offers the perfect balance of convenience and privacy.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, washers/dryer, towels, and linens.

🔒 House Rules & Notes
To help ensure a smooth stay, we kindly ask all guests to complete our rental agreement (available to review before booking) and provide a credit card for a refundable security deposit hold. These items are required to finalize your reservation — if they’re not submitted, the booking may be canceled.

🌡️ Heated Pool
If you choose to add pool heating, it will apply to the entire duration of your stay and must be selected at least 24 hours prior to check-in to ensure the pool is properly heated upon arrival. While we aim to maintain water temperatures between 80–84°F, please note that deep freezes (typically December–February) can impact the pool's ability to maintain temperature.
Pool heat is $75 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay. Due to the high utility cost of running the pool heater, we offer this amenity as an add-on in order to keep the cost of the accommodation lower for those who do not want it.

🧼 Pool Maintenance
Our pool is professionally serviced twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. These cleanings are pre-scheduled and cannot be moved.

🌿 A Quick Note About Nature
Because the home is surrounded by beautiful forest, it's normal for leaves or other natural debris to occasionally land in the pool. For your convenience, we provide a pool skimmer net for use between cleanings.

This property is a vacation rental which means that it is not always occupied. For the protection of our cabin and for the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.
Gas fireplaces are available October–April
Décor and furniture may be updated seasonally for a fresh look
Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.
