Experience comfort and convenience in this spacious 3-bedroom duplex suite, complete with a massage chair, 2 stylish living rooms, a 65-inch TV, kitchen, dining room, patio, and backyard. Recently renovated with your stay in mind, this home offers 1,350 sq. ft. of living space and easy access to Denver Metro and the mountains via the nearby i-70 highway. Set back from the street, it offers convenience, privacy, and all the amenities you need for your Colorado experience!
We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home.

Bedroom 1 - The serene primary bedroom is upstairs. It features a plush king-sized bed, nightstands, large TV, and a large closet for your belongings. Kick your feet up in the massage recliner or relax and read a book in the boho chair, the unique accents around the room make this master feel truly tranquil.
Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom upstairs with a queen-sized bed, nightstands, a bench, luggage rack, and plenty of space for your belongings, this second bedroom is stylish and inviting. Black out curtains allow for total darkness and a great night's sleep.
Bedroom 3 - The third bedroom is downstairs. It includes a queen-sized bed, nightstands, and a closet.

You’ll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms in this home with shower/tub combos. They feature bright lighting, large mirrors, hotel grade towels, and all the bathroom essentials, like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The downstairs bathroom is also the laundry room with a washer and dryer for use during your stay.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker. The kitchen flows into the dining area that features a marble table, it's the perfect space for your group to enjoy a meal. The room flows effortlessly into the stylish lounge, which is complete with a plush sectional, two leather lounge chairs, a coffee table, and a big window letting in a ton of light.
The downstairs living room includes a HUGE comfortable sectional, a 65" Smart TV with Netflix streaming and plenty of board games. Plenty of space for your group to lounge and get comfortable. It's the perfect space for a movie night in.

The home has a fenced in front and backyard for your use. Just inside the fence, you'll find a patio table and outdoor seating. Play corn hole, light up the BBQ and enjoy the famous CO sunshine in our hammock or hanging chair! There is ample parking in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles and 2 more vehicles can park on the street. Some patio furniture will be put into storage for the winter months.
This home is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from the nearest RTD (Lightrail) Station, offering easy access to Downtown Denver, Golden, and other areas in the Denver Metro. It's the perfect base for exploring the city's top attractions and destinations.
Kindly note that this property is one unit of a side-by-side duplex. Each unit has its own dedicated private entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests.
