Wonderful Time in Wheatridge

This is a perfect spot with easy access to downtown Denver and the surrounding mountains. Our host, Greg, was very welcoming and attentive to our needs responding quickly to our questions. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to eat at home. We especially enjoyed sitting on the back patio and using the chairs on the front porch. Easy on Eaton is ideal for two couples!

Comfortable and Cozy

This was a great location for us! It is close to downtown, yet in a great, family friendly, neighborhood. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom’s have been updated. Kitchen is updated and well appointed. Host is quick to respond. Everything was described accurately. Easy entry and check out. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Red Rocks Concert

As advertised! A PERFECT place for 2 couples to visit the local sites. Estes Park, Pikes Peak and Red Rocks- reasonable distance to all three. The back yard space is perfect! What a great place to have coffee or a drink and conversation with friends! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Greg, the host was great! Communication? great! Cleanliness? Great! We will be back!!!!

1st Red Rocks Concert

This was a fantastic place for us to stay! It was a trip from the airport but traveling to Boulder and Golden and Red Rocks only took minutes. We enjoyed the two bedrooms with King beds and our own bathrooms. Highly recommend renting this house!!

Short stay

Great place. Briet snag getting in but easily remedied. Nice space for 4 adults. Easy commute to Red Rocks and many great spots.

Nice place to stay

House was clean, beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were very modern - loved that! Host was easy to work with. Neighborhood was quiet.

Perfect location near downtown Denver

Only 3.6 miles from downtown Denver, but it is quiet and calm at this VRBO. Lovely king size beds, updated amenities-perfect for two couples to stay in.

Totally my vibe 🤘

Love the neighborhood, love the proximity to the city, Golden, Boulder, Red Rocks, and the Airport. Great coffee shops and restaurants to get to and super safe to walk. The house was big and spacious and comfortable with tons of parking. Easy to get in and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. I loved that we had two full bathrooms with showers too! The decor is great and the kitchen is set up for a major cook off! Will definitely return and bring even more vinyl to spin 🤘❤️

The Perfect Vibe.

We only stayed for one night here. It was a perfect little spot. The house has some of the best decor. It was close to a great park that the dog enjoyed after a long ride in the truck. As we enjoyed our morning coffee, watching the spring snow fall, we watched a fox running in the backyard. Greg is the best.

Perfect house for two couples

We visited family in Denver for Thanksgiving and stayed at this lovely home. The house was exactly as listed and shown in the photos. Greg was very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Broncos game stay

Brought the boys to town for the weekend and the Broncos game. Great communication with host, nice and clean home and easy scooter trip to Mile High Stadium. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place that stay!

I loved the fact that there’s 2 super comfy king sized beds and that each bedroom has an attached bathroom. It’s was nice so everyone had privacy. Very cute back yard to hang out in too! We couldn’t find a wine opener so we bought one and left it there… You’re welcome! Other than that no issues. I would recommend staying here.

Fabulous trip to Denver

My daughter and I had a wonderful week at Easy on Eaton. The house was set up with a bedroom and bathroom on each side with the common area kitchen and living room in the middle. We loved sitting at the kitchen island or outback for meals but having our own space to retire to. The location was absolutely perfect for us as it was 30-45 minutes to downtown Denver, Golden, the airport, Boulder, and Red Rocks. Sloan Lake is 10 minutes away and a nice city lake with magnificent views of the mountains and the city. The house was very well stocked and had everything that we needed. The owners were very responsive and wonderful to work with. Overall, we loved our week in Wheat Ridge and can’t wait to return to Easy on Eaton again.

Nice neighborhood, close to many amenities.

We chose this property as it met our needs for 2 couples with 2 bedrooms, each with its own bath. We found the check in and check out process simple. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cutlery and cook ware. It is walking distance to a King Supers Supermarket, a wonderful coffee shop (The Bardo Coffee House) and Tennyson Street with numerous restaurants and shops. We used it as a base of operations to explore Denver (Wonderful Zoo and Botanical Gardens, both not to be missed!) and then explored the Rockies, hiking and taking an amazing drive. If we were to return to Denver, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent Rental

This is a fun decorated rental. Loved the spacious kitchen! It was clean, very comfortable and very quiet! Walking distance to parks for the pooch and places to eat. Easy drive to everything else. It was just us but fantastic layout with kitchen and living between the bedrooms for privacy for a family. We rent on vacations often and this one is a favorite for sure! Will absolutely stay there again when we are in town!

Good value with nice amenities

Nice, clean place in a quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants, stores, etc. Good kitchen and very comfortable king beds. Having 2 bathrooms is a nice touch. Small living room was the only real disappointment. Owner quick and responsive to any questions I had.

Lovely little home away from home

We stayed at Easy on Eaton for a month as our home was undergoing renovation, and it was a lovely place to land. The home was sparkling clean when we checked in, and was incredibly well-appointed especially for a smaller space. We cooked quite frequently and had absolutely everything we needed and have in our own kitchen. The neighborhood is a gem, and we enjoyed far too many excellent meals out. Greg was speedy with communication and very helpful. A few tips for guests: > YES the water in the shower in the primary bathroom gets fabulously hot--just turn it on and let it run for a few minutes! > Have fun watching the goats two houses behind. We'd sit at the kitchen counter eating dinner and watching "Goat TV." > If you bring your pup, you'll enjoy walking around the neighborhood directly to the north (Mountain View). You also should hop over to Berkeley Dog Park, just a short walk or drive away on Sheridan. Enjoy your stay in this lovely gem!
