The Space:
The condo boasts nearly new everything. Fresh carpet, paint, furniture and mattresses. A full kitchen that faces the ocean to make dinner time that much more enjoyable. The oversized balcony has ample seating options and the beach is just steps away from the building.

Guest Access:
You will be able to park in the parking garage but you must register your vehicle via email sent to you once you are there. A one time $50 parking fee covers the entire stay. You will have a reusable wrist band to wear while you are at the property that must be returned upon departure, or additional fees mayapply. Uber and other ride share companies are plentiful.

The Neighborhood:
Directly on the beach next to a state park

Getting Around:
Parking passes are required to park in the parking garage, parking at the state park next door is an option during the day.

Other Things to Note:
4 Foldable beach chairs and wagon are available in the condo for your use!
