PARKING, POOL, BEACH ACCESS: Onsite parking for 2 cars in the condo garage is available. The condo requires that cars be registered online and a $50 per car for entire stay should be paid prior to arrival. A link for parking registration will be sent after booking. You can park 2 vehicles anywhere in the onsite parking garage. Overflow parking is available in nearby public parking lots for a third vehicle, subject to availability. No passenger vans allowed. Gate codes to private condominium pool, beach, gym access will be provided. 8 wristbands are also provided for pool access, must be returned on the dining table before checkout. Kids under 8 yrs do not need a wristband.

THE ABODE: This spacious beachfront condo with 3 bedrooms can accommodate 10 guests comfortably, making it ideal for large families, group of friends, or even a romantic retreat. It is an entertainment paradise right on the beach, with Arcades, XBox and numerous board games inside the unit for endless fun! The interior is thoughtfully designed, exuding a warm and inviting ambiance. The living areas are tastefully furnished, allowing you to unwind after a day of sun-soaked adventures. Large windows and multiple doors open up to the fresh breeze from the ocean, creating an immediate connection to the natural beauty outside. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for your gourmet needs. 2 reserved beach chairs. Cooler, wagon, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella are provided, please clean and return them to the condo after use. Downstairs you will find heated swimming pool, BBQ grills and a gym. Starter Set of Trash Bags, Paper Towels and Toilet Paper.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: Primary bedroom has King Bed, Bedroom 2 has Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 has two Queen Beds and Living room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper.

CHILD FRIENDLY: Pack ‘n Play, High Chair, Plastic plates and bowls

ATTRACTIONS: Many restaurants such as Schooner’s, Pineapple Willy's, American Charlie and Marco Polo Pizzeria are nearby. Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Goofy Golf and Pier in under 8min walk. You can launch your boat using a boat ramp in the Marina about 3 miles from the condo up east on US-98.

NOISE ORDINANCE: Please also be reminded that quiet hours need to be observed between 10PM-7AM. There are noise ordinances enforced by the City and you will incur fines up to $1000 for violations. No playing loud music inside the condo at any time.

PETS: Pets are NOT allowed in the condominium. All ADA service animals must be pre-approved by the Sterling Reef Homeowners Association.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit of $300 is collected after your booking, this fee is not a charge, but a hold on the card and the hold will be released within 7 days after checkout. Contact host if you are under 25 years of age.
