Tremendous house, great amenities. Wish we had more time to stay. Perfect time of year to go with the leaves still changing right before they fall. Great area and neighbors are super friendly. Very quiet area and easy access. Definitely will stay again!

Great stay!

This was perfect for a quick weekend getaway for our family of 3. The space was clean and lovely, it was easy to find, and convenient to local restaurants and amenities.

The house accommodates us for a wedding! Had 2 empty propane tanks and did not get a chance to enjoy the s’mores! Called to get them changed out but never heard back! Beautiful views

Fun getaway!

Such a great cabin! They had everything we needed, and our kids had a blast, playing all the games and entertainment provided. We will be back!

Thanksgiving family gathering

This place was perfect for our family. There was enough space for us for everyone to spread out when needed. The cabin was clean and well-kept. We would stay here again.

Great place

Great location and spacious home with several amenities. We enjoyed our stay overall. Some minor issues sent to owner after our stay as an fyi, but nothing that ruined the trip per se.

Awesome Place to Stay

What a great place to stay, cant say enough good things about the experience. House was spotless upon arrival, communication with the homeowner was great from start to finish. Many things to do on the property from the putt putt course to morning coffee and evening drinks by the firepit on the deck. Cant wait to go back and visit again

Great place, Very Nice Host

The cabin was large and spacious. The amenities on site were more than plenteous and able to keep a group occupied and having fun. The host was exceptional, quick to respond, and very nice in conversation. Overall, a great group experience!

Our family had a wonderful stay after an afternoon of snow tubing near Banner Elk. Accommodates more than one family well with additional space on the lower floor.

Quick trip to see the Fall color

We made a quick trip to the mountains to view the incredible fall color and stayed one night at the Elk chalet. The location of the property is perfect! The chalet is very cozy and spacious. The communication with the host was great. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home

Such a wonderful stay! In the mountains, peaceful! Didn't even have to worry about critters even though in the mountains. Putput right outside the door, smores bar which was exquisite! The property owners were so helpful and quick responsiveness! Definitely will have to come back and stay longer!!

Family fun!

Such a good time with our family at the Elk Chalet. The house was clean and updated. The beds/sheets were very comfortable. It was roomy enough for 8 adults. The hot tub was ready to go. We all enjoyed our time there and would stay here again. It was a nice walk to the creek below and provided great exercise!

Great mountain getaway!

We enjoyed a quick visit here when taking our kids skiing for a couple of days. The house is spacious, very clean and has fun amenities such as the dart board and outdoor fire pit for s’mores (s’mores fixings included!) A couple of the boys got in and enjoyed the hot tub. This house was a quick drive to sugar mountain. It was great for our group and we would stay again!
