To make sure to read the fine print, which I still haven’t seen, but the top bunk area is not available and as close to the renters. Which was the whole reason why we booked it for our daughter. Great hang out!

I stayed alone in this flat after dropping off our son at his new job in the front range. Great location to ride Breck and explore town. Perfectly situated 5 minutes from Daylight Donuts! Clean flat with plenty of room to kick back and relax. Would stay here again.

Great condo, wonderful location

This was a really cute, clean and comfortable condo in a fantastic location. It was a short walk to the gondola to get to the slopes and right in the heart of town too, but set back so it felt quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic, right off Main St. and a very short walk to the gondola. The parking is ideal for a small SUV and the place was clean with all the essentials needed. VERY cozy

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great and the garage was excellent to have during the winter. The property is located on the 2nd story, which was not shown on the VRBO listing. The property also did not have a jetted tub. There is a loft area that would have been great for luggage storage but it was locked and we were unable to use. This property is pet friendly, which is fine if the place is properly cleaned, but when we arrived the place was covered in white dog hair, matted into the rugs and the pull out couch... and there is likely still a have eaten dog bone under the couch. The fireplace was not operational for 2 days and the bathroom light did not work. The biggest selling point on this property is the location. We loved being able to walk to breakfast and dinner every night.

Great location. Small but very well laid out unit to stay in. Super clean.

Everything was good except for the lack of toilet paper when we arrived at night. Took more begging than appropriate to get that problem resolved. For the price, there should be a couple packs of coffee for guests to use. Portable humidifier was a great benefit! Would definitely recommend.

The perfect little spot

We stayed here during the fall and loved it! The location is perfect for someone who’s interested in being close to all the shops and restaurants. Surrounded by aspens so this spot is perfect during leaf peeping season! The place is quite small so more than 2 people would be super tight but for a couples getaway this place is perfect.

The location couldn't have been better -- less than 2 minute walk from the Gondola, and less than 5 from the heart of Main Street. The condo made great use of the space, and the amenities were all very well coordinated. The EV charger in the garage was a nice perk!

Wonderful cozy place! We really enjoyed our stay. I wish the jetted tub was a two person but it’s still nice that there is a jetted tub even though it’s a one person.

Everything about this apartment was perfect for our trip. Hanging out at the apartment was one of the best parts of our trip—perfect for relaxation. It had everything we needed and was very clean and quiet. Location is ideal for activities planned downtown.
