This was by far one of the worst experiences I've had with a rental property. We were more than gracious with the host, as well as patient while waiting for our concerns to be addressed and they NEVER were. The home was not clean, whatsoever. We had to go out and buy cleaning products, as well as sheets, pillowcases, and blankets to be able to sleep comfortably for the few days that we were there. We sent photos of our concerns on the FIRST night, and were continuously met with apologies and messages of "this is being looked into, we will get back with you". We took over 40 pictures of the pure filth that was all over the house. Not to mention, it was a holiday weekend, so we also took this into consideration when reaching out. The photos on the website are nice, and had the house been clean, we would have given this place a much better rating. We were so disappointed in how our entire stay went, and the lack of customer service we received. Hopefully, the next guests won't have the same experience.

Great location!

Lots of stairs but worth it! The rooftop patio was perfect for a take-out night and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved that there were 4 bathrooms as well which made it easy for so many people to get ready. Would definitely stay here again!

Could have used more towels. And blinds on a few of the bedroom windows for darker rooms for little ones to nap. Lots of big groups traveling, lots of vehicles, could have used more parking. Overall very nice.

Fun Nashville getaway

The place was very large, lots of space. Very updated with granite countertops everywhere. It had nice tall ceilings and every room had it's own bathroom. The roof offered a very nice view of the nearby city. Highly recommend this place!

Birthday Weekend

Myself and both my sons have February birthdays. Even better, my youngest son just turned 21. What better way to celebrate than a weekend Nashville trip. This townhome was perfect for my family, including my sister and niece. Very spacious and clean. Great location, only a couple miles from Broadway.

Decent place to stay.

We did a birthday trip 6 women. The description says it’s closer to downtown and actually it’s a little farther. The neighborhood is kind of squetchy, (we got a homeless person knock our door to ask for help).The place needs TLC( (paint, holes in walls, broken furniture, etc) also more attention on cleanliness. We didn’t get basics as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. Communication was great, the customer service was responsive and understanding. I would stay again if it was more a family trip as it’s far from broadway.

Didn’t go great.

We didn’t receive the correct password to get into the house until an hour after our check in time. We didn’t receive a WiFi password till the day after we checked in. On the 2nd night the lights stopped working in one of the upstair bedrooms And the downstairs smelt like weed.

Home was clean but a little outdated. We found several things that needed fixed or updated. I asked in advance for some extra necessities and did not receive them. Home is in a sketchy neighborhood so be prepared for that. We did have a nice week but I have definitely stayed in better places.

Dirty walls and random fire alarm

So cleanliness was horrible not enough towels for 8 ppl, or drinking glasses. Random fire alarm and slow response to have it checked (safety first). Still waiting for fire alarm to be checked. No fire extinguisher to be found or first aid kit. Was asked if i would just turn off or take out the fire alarm batteries (whole unit system). Had not burned anything, wasn't running the dishwasher and things. Was not offered a discount, nothing but sorry, have my flights less then 12hrs at the time of alarm and so far its almost 3hrs later. I spent more time cleaning then i did get to enjoy my time away from my nursing job. Id definitely come back to the area but definitely not this rental. On a positive it had enough room to sleep but not seating inside or roof top for 8.

Great Aesthetics But Location Less Than

We loved the look and feel of this place. The owner is SUPER responsive. We just weren’t sure how much he knew about the dingy carpet on the living room and fee items in disrepair. However, he got someone to bring a coffee pot and fix the towel rack that’s day! The loose toilet paper holder was not fixed, tho. The potted plant was all broken in the bathroom upstairs Beds were comfy. The style and decor was super cute. The only drawback is it is “worn”. I we LOVED the rooftop patio. Too bad there was no gas for that fire pit. We enjoyed that space a lot! The neighborhood is in a transition phase for sure!! We did not like that there were really no restaurants nearby. However, the price was great and made for a quick trip downtown.

Friend Getaway

The rental worked well for our group of 9 (3 adults, 6 kids). —All beds were very comfy with multiple pillows. —The space was reasonably clean for our stay, but it is in need of a deep cleaning. This includes the couch and island seats (lots of stains). —Rug in living room needs to be replaced. It is well past its lifetime. —Kitchen and toiletries provided were well stocked. —Be aware that the rooftop setup pictured is for the rental next door that you cannot access. You do have a well-worn sectional and fire pit though. —Location is in an area that is being revitalized. You see people walking their dogs and people dumpster diving right outside the door. It’s a strange mix. We never felt unsafe though. —Communication with the rental company was great. No issues there!

Great Layout for a Weekend

Located in a gentrifying area of Nashville, it was a short drive to Broadway and not too far from grocery stores. Newer 4BR townhome with their own bathrooms each, each room with 2 beds. 1BR on main floor, 1 BR on second floor with kitchen and living room, and 2 bedrooms on third floor. Lots of stairs which was fine for us but heads up if not for you. Good size kitchen and the layout worked for a larger group of guys. Outdoor furniture on balcony was worn out wicker material so we couldn't really use that, lots of dust on air vents, baseboards and some counters. Kitchen and staircase smelled heavily of Indian food when we checked in. We were running out of soap, shampoo and conditioner when we checked in, luckily there was enough to get us through the weekend. Home needs a repaint, lots of blemishes on the wall given the heavy turnover. Clarksville Pike to the south is a bit sketchy, have your wits about you. Would recommend and consider again given Allen's quick responses and accommodating demeanor. He was a very good host. All the critiques on the home are easy to fix and am confident they will be.

The Friends for 51 Years

The home was nice and had a nice, updated kitchen. And all showers had updated fixtures. The home was generally clean except for a few areas: bedroom on the lowest floor, area, rug in the living room, and the chairs at the island. Additionally, there were lots of crawling bugs in the lowest floor. Just a note for folks who are planning to stay, there are a lot of stairs. That’s not a negative for most people, just folks like my group who are older. The patio on the roof is very nice. There were issues with missing amenities that are advertised as being available. For instants, there were no wash clothes, hand, towels, and only one room had a shower mat. They were supposed to be a two car garage, but there were supplies blocking one side. The can opener in the kitchen was broken. There were no baking dishes or those that were compatible with the microwave. When we tried to get in touch with the property manager, we got no answers. I called customer service who tried to get in touch with him, and they were unable to also. On the day we were checking out, customer service got him to call me. The fire alarm was blaring and we didn’t know how to reset it or who to call. When I finally got him the morning, we were checking out. He said he was going to send one of his property managers over, and it would be about an hour. We waited an hour and a half, making a slight for an appointment. I tried to call him before we left, but got no answer. We finally just left.

Very nice property, especially for family members

We truly enjoyed this property. Very nice amenities, the rooftop was a very nice bonus with fire pit. We had 8 adults and an infant, there were still empty beds if needed. If you have a toddler, bring a baby gate or 2. Also plan on streaming what you want to watch, the tv channels were very limited, we couldn't figure out how to get general national stations IE CBS, FOX etc. Overall, outstanding property!!!!!

Great Weekend Getaway!

Four floors, plenty of places to sleep, and a rooftop fun area. Great place for friends and family alike! We stayed for two nights and had a blast, close enough to downtown and other attractions that the drive is leisurely. Would stay again!
