Everything was wonderful! From the comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, spacious garage, and many, many more amenities… We had everything we needed and then some. Would definitely stay here again!

Accomodations are excellent. The home is beautiful and very clean. Ryan stayed in contact throughout the stay to ensure there were not issues. Highly recommend!

Great spot near Germantown

My friends and I loved our stay here. The property was clean, had everything we needed (except a cocktail shaker and a blender lol), the host is very responsive, and its close to Germantown and downtown. Highly recommend!

Great place for 3 couples to stay during a quick visit to Nashville. An easy and quick uber to Broadway. Place is spacious and comfortable and still smells like a new build. Property manager is super helpful, easy to communicate with and accommodating. Would definitely book again!

Great Bachelor Trip

Beautiful home, super clean, very nice. Not to far from any destination your wanting to go for broadway or even like top golf. Whether you want to uber , drive, or scooter, heck we even walked to and from certain places. Awesome time. Great communication as well! Keep it up this house will do well!

Perfect in every way!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. Nothing like staying in a new build with luxury finishes. Everything was great from communication down to the mattress. There is plenty of room for a large family. The kitchen/livingroom area is huge. My kids enjoyed being able to be loud without us having to them to be quiet. Will 100% book here again

AMAZING

This property is beautiful, clean, and super comfortable. Enough bathroom for everyone. Slept 10 and never once ran out of hot water. Uber rides from this location to broadway were 8 one way. Easy to grab an electric scooter and head downtown. Also located on the bus line. Owner / Host extremely accommodating. I loved every part of this place!! THANK YOU!!

Beautiful property for Nashville stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Ray's property; we would certainly rent again. The house is spacious and beautiful. There is plenty of space to spread out, and it has a great layout. Beds were very comfy. An easy Uber ride to Broadway, 12 South, and the Gulch. The neighborhood was quiet, and we did not have any issues. Ray was easy to work with and was very responsive. A gem of a property for your next Nashville vacation!

Super clean, beautiful home. My bed was fantastic, linens were so soft and of great quality. Everyone else in the group said the same of their beds. Quick access with Uber to downtown and Morell's Restaurant, a must try and the best food we had on this trip. We were on motorcycles, so the garage was an extra plus for us. The laundry also came in great use to us too as we had been on the road for 5 days. I would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay there again on our next trip to Nashville. Ray was great and answered us promptly each time we contacted him. Thanks Ray!

Convenient location

Absolutely loved this home, omg the location is everything! Very close to downtown and tourists sites. The home itself is immaculate! Everything worked perfectly, beds are comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, anything you need, they had it. The only thing I would improve is TVs in bedrooms. At the end of the day when everyone goes to their quarters, it would be nice to have personal entertainment. But I love how every bedroom has its own personal full bathroom. I would still come back! Thank you for the warm hospitality and beautiful stay.
