If a cozy, unassuming beach getaway with everything at your fingertips sounds like your ideal vacation, then get ready to set sail! Located in the charming, gated Emerald Shores community of Destin, Florida is 7 Seas, a pet friendly rental with space to sleep 8 guests. This three bedroom, two bath single story home is a mere five minute walk away from Destin’s famed sugar white sands and is an even quicker tram ride away during peak season when the tram is rolling.

While you’ll no doubt want to spend lots of time experiencing the beautiful Florida outdoors and the spoils of the Emerald Shores community, you’ll also appreciate all of the comforts afforded by this home. The open floor plan, ample plush furnishings, and three-seater breakfast bar in the kitchen provide plenty of space for gathering and entertaining. The fenced backyard is also a wonderful respite at this intimate abode.

The bedrooms at 7 Seas will afford you additional privacy. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and private bathroom stylishly outfitted with a luxurious stone rain shower. The second guest bedroom also has a king bed. There’s a Jack and Jill bathroom that connects to the third guest room, which has two sets of bunk beds.

This is a great home for families and mature friend groups; only those 25 and older are allowed to rent the 7Seas. Student groups are also not permitted.

Literally way better than i expected

Mannnn let me tell yall this property is off the chain it came with way more than was listed and the cleanlyness of this property was amazing and the setup was outstanding only thing that wasnt really negative but the heat kinda made it extra tough was the location they did have a shofer who was amazing but thats not the property fault definitely mine for not looking at location properly but we will definitely be staying again thank you for great hospitality!

I gave 4 stars on cleanliness because we moved couches close together to play board game and the sand and filth under them were disgusting. The cart service was very nice& loved location over all. ice maker had issue making ice but over all great stay.

We had a few small issues that were quickly remedied by the property management company. Super clean, great pools and access to the beach! Loved the little bar and beach rentals, too!

Frequent vacationer

We have rented several homes over the years In this same neighborhood and this home was average. Things could have been a little cleaner. Back porch table and chairs were filthy and things in general needed to be updated. The wagon used to carry beach supplies was on its last leg with the tires falling off of the wheels, a simple fix that shouldn’t be overlooked. Kitchen was minimally stocked but not an issue as we ate out most evenings. Nothing was bad enough to prevent us returning and Overall we had a great stay.

The layout of the home was both aesthetically pleasing and functional, with an open living space and great sized bedrooms and bathrooms.All of the amenities nearby are within reach by foot or a short 2-5 min drive to stores nearby (Whole Foods, Publix, tons of restaurants, shopping).We loved the quick walk to the beach, rolling our wagon full of beach gear supplied by the house...and also appreciated having 2 pools available in the complex. Highly recommended for a family stay! (Our 11 year old boy and 8 year old girls also loved it!)

Cute place. Convenient to the beach.

Perfect for our family. We loved our stay. Sorry for the 4 on how clean it was. It was actually very clean but just the kitchen floor was a little sticky. I'm probably being too picky. Great fun place. Thank you. We would stay there again for sure.

Excellent location & property

We spent 10 nights in Destin for our summer vacation and we travelled in a car trip from Monterrey, Mx, more than 1,000 miles. We have some issues with checking in but they were happily solved. The location and community are excellent.

Beautiful neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We had several small questions and the property managers were quick to answer and we’re very polite. However, we didn’t have wristbands and we read the instructions to stop at the Pavilion to purchase them for $20 and the price is now $30 … overall a very nice location and we enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach is about 10-15 minutes walk. It’s an easy walk on sidewalks through the neighborhood. But it is about 1/3 mile to the beach.

Great Stay

This home is well taken care of and described accurately. The cleanliness of this place was incredible. We were able to enjoy our stay without any hiccups. The location is safe and the check-in via phone app was easy and did not delay our time like many other resorts we have encountered. My family looks forward to staying again!

Great house

Great property and location. Beautiful House that met our needs in a gated community. Enjoyed the tennis courts, heated pool and daily beach time. Loved having entrance to beach with bathroom.
