Free Amenities, Close To The Beach! Spyglass 105!

Do you dream of watching the sunset from your own private balcony? Enjoy the view of the Gulf from the second- floor balcony. This 3 bedroom/3 bath townhouse is great for a family get-away or a girls weekend. Sleeps 10.

The first floor features a master suite with a king bed, a large soaking tub and stand up shower in the bathroom as well as a private patio, a guest bedroom has a custom made queen bunk beds with TVs mounted on each bed. The second bathroom has a stand up shower and is located in the hall across from the laundry room.

The second floor balcony off the living room comes equipped with a gas grill and an Adirondack dining set perfect for grilling and enjoying the Florida sunshine. There is a well equipped kitchen with bar seating and a large dining area. This floor also features the third bedroom that has a queen bed and an attached bathroom.

Great Location

House was super nice and clean. Location was excellent. Beach area is just a couple minute walk and not crowded at all. Dollar general and Alvin’s Island very short walk away.

Beautiful home away from home

We loved our stay here! The condo is beautifully decorated, has everything you need including two bikes and a grill. It is a short walk to the beach and has a swimming pool to enjoy as well.

Amazing stay!

We had such a wonderful experience staying here! The beach was right down the street. The property was clean and comfortable for all of us! The first night we had an issue with the smoke detector and the company fixed it quickly and then sent us on an excursion which was the best part of our trip!

Close to the beach and homey

The property was very comfortable and felt like home. With a short walk to the beach made it incredible! Property management was very kind when we called for a concern and the whole check in/out process was done nicely.

Everything was great. It was exactly what we thought we were getting. The only issue was the dryer didn’t work very good. Very minor issue.

Slightly disappointed

The property is off the beaten path. It’s difficult to get out of and get around. We have always stayed close to Senic 98 and had a golf cart. Here you can’t get to it with a golf cart. But did like the semi private beach entrance.

Overall a good place to stay

Close to the beach access (about 5-minute walk) Spacious enough for 6 people. The style is modern so that's a plus. Don't think the cleaning was done properly in the past (e.g. cups, bowls still had stains on them, really dusty carpet) one little thing is that coming out of the community, if you want to turn left, you always need to make a U-turn , which is inconvenient due to the wait for both sides of traffic. Just a small thing but kinda bugging. Overall, given the price, it's a decent place to stay for 6.

Convenient

Overall I was impressed with the property. The home is beautifully decorated and the location is very convenient. The beds were in good shape and comfortable. It's a very short walk to Dollar General for supplies. The beach was a short walk and it was much less crowded than other places I've stayed. This home is stocked with lots of extras like board games and books for entertainment. There was even an air fryer to make quick convience foods so we could enjoy more beach time. My only complaint would be whoever does the cleaning. There was sand on the floors when we arrived and there was no broom. There was a sticky substance on the nightstand in the master bedroom. Either the cleaning person or the previous guests broke the coffee pot, but we just bought pods and brewed one cup at a time. The inside and outside tables weren't wiped down and the furniture could use a deep cleaning, but overall it was comfortable and in good condition.

We loved the location to beach access, mall access, and restaurants(they were walkable and drivable) The price was on point, the spot was big and accommodated for our family of 7 well. We had many meals at the table and there was a fully stocked kitchen utensils. They had resources for renting baby equipment along with an accessible pack and play. We utilized the porch often too. Thank you for a great experience!
