Luxury at the Jersey Shore! 217 Poplar Ave, Top floor condo is lovingly cared for with lots of upgrades. 2 blocks to beach and Boardwalk! Huge vaulted open concept living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters and breakfast bar- 3 bedrooms have new carpeting. Remainder of home is hardwood floors and tile. Master bedroom features spacious bath with double sink and shower stall. Second bath is tub/shower with granite sink. Separate utility room. Washer/dryer are included. Relax on the deck with electronic Sunsetter and enjoy the Friday night fireworks without ever leaving home! 2 car PRIVATE garage plus 1 car driveway parking. Beautifully decorated. Great sound system! Ceiling fans in every room! 2 queen beds plus a queen sofa sleeper also 2 sets of bunk beds, twin over twin and twin over full. Wifi with Netflix and other streaming apps. Everything you need to enjoy time with family and friends. Nothing to do but pack your bathing suits. 2 blocks from north wildwood and a half block from Good night Irene's. No metered parking on the block! ***Pillows and comforters will be available, please bring your own linens/towels***

We had a great week in Wildwood/Cape May / Stone Harbor. This location is a good spot to explore much of the Jersey Shore and within walking distance of most of Wildwood/North Wildwood. Condo is very nice with plenty of room. Definitely felt like home for the week. Room for two cars in the garage with a space to spare out front. Only complaint would be that the floors could have been a little cleaner. Crumbs from previous tenants in kitchen, dining, and living rooms and a few candy pieces found in the bunk bed room. But otherwise a very clean, spacious, and nice place to stay.

Beauty in the center of town

This property was everything we needed for our week stay in Wildwood. Right in the center of town, easily accessible to the boards, shopping, and food. The home was well equipped to cook all of our meals and had plenty of space for our family. The owner was friendly and quick to reply when contacted. We would stay here again!

Great location

The unit is well located, two blocks away from the beach. The kitchen is well equipped. Great communication with the owner. We had a small issue with the garage door, I texted him and the following morning a tech was there to fix it.

Great place to stay!

Beautiful home with everything you need! In walking distance to all attractions! The house was well maintained, and John was a great host! Plenty of room for everyone. Large, vaulted ceilings made the property feel even bigger than it already was. My family loved it here and will be coming back!

This condo was exactly as pictured and described. It was very clean upon arrival and very spacious. The electronic door code entrances are very convenient. We would recommend this condo to friends.

Great place to stay

Everything was great.! The check in was easy. The house was clean and nicely decorated in every room. There was plenty of sleeping space. The house was a good size you did not feel like you were on top of each other. It was just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. lThe garage had a lot of space for two cars plus an additional space in the front. We only put one car inside because we were able to put our bikes and beach stuff and still had so much room.. The owner was great he was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wildwood Beach House

Really nice place close to the beach with plenty of beds. Check in was very easy. They didn’t provide towels or bed sheets so just a heads up for that. But very lovely place nonetheless and I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

Really nice place. Looks as good as the pictures! Owner was so accomodating! I would definitely stay there again. The only thing I would say is if you need to use the pull out couch best to bring a blow up mattress as it's not comfortable. Everything else was great!!

Wonderful Beach Trip

Property and Host

The condo we stayed in was beautiful. Had wonderful amenities and John was extremely pleasant and he was so easy to get in touch with and communicating with him made you smile. I would stay there again. You will need to bring your own linen’s and towels.

Perfect Space for family m

Jon was very helpful when needed. The property was well maintained and had a lot of kitchen needs(can opener, pots, pans, etc). The location was perfect. Remember to bring sheets, towels, wash cloths, and toilet paper. There is a nice back yard area that would be perfect for cornhole or another small yard game. This was our first family beach vacation and I’m so glad we chose this place. 5 stars for sure.

Great place to stay

Enjoyed the balcony, quiet street considering so close to boardwalk. Kitchen well equipped with the exception of a large frying pan. Nicely decorated, and perfect for our group.
