Perfect Location for Family Fun

This property was very nice and the location worked great for us to visit with family who lives very near. I will definitely stay again and have recommended it to my brother as well.

So much more then a hotel motel

In for football camp decided this would be good option for kids, very relaxing and able to do a lot, aquatic center, parks and just come back to unwind and rest , very happy with choice, great stay

Wedding trip in beautiful county home

I stayed here during the weekend of a wedding at Milford Farms. It was a beautiful home, and very convenient to the wedding venue. It was clean, exactly as advertised, had a lovely screened in porch, and cows behind the house that we really enjoyed seeing. We had a great stay and would recommend this property.

The house is a great place to relax on a farm with lots of cows. Our family loved watching the animals. The house had everything you need and was well taken care of. The host was excellent. We would love to stay there again next time we are in the area.

Great Wedding Stay

We rented the house because it was close to a family wedding venue, West Milford Farm. It was very clean, updated, well-stocked and in a serene farm setting. Communication with the host was wonderful. He constantly checked in with us to see if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

Feels like home

This was our fourth time staying at this house and we love it. Our granddaughters love to run and play and watch the cows. We first stayed here after our son's sudden death and even though it is difficult to return to the Cumming area, this house provides comfort for us. We will be back.

Will definitely stay again

We stayed here for my daughters 16th birthday! It was perfect girls weekend. We enjoyed the cows. Not far from food, groceries and even drove to Dawsonville for the day! Great communication! Oh and we were surprised when we walked in the door to a card and balloons for her bday!! Very clean!

Lovely Farm

This cute little house was perfect for our family! My kids loved watching the cows! We had a little difficulty checking into the house but the property manager responded quickly and resolved the issue quicker than expected. We would re-book if needed in the future.

Easter Weekend On The Cow Farm!

A peaceful place in the country not too far from the city! Clean and cozy with all the modern needs of a short term rental. Our family enjoyed Easter weekend on the farm complete with an Easter egg hunt in the yard. The near by Kroger is a nice one! Cumming is also amazing. 10/10 recommend!

Five-time repeat renter

This was our fifth time staying at the farmhouse with our granddaughters while visiting from Missouri. We really enjoy the house and outside area. Alot of room to run and play and to watch the cows. We first stayed here after our son's death, and it provides us comfort and a good place to enjoy our granddaughters. The house is updated and very comfortable. Looking forward to number six.

The Farm

This unit was excellent. We travel for work and always prefer to stay in a rental. This location had everything we needed. It was recently remodeled and had all new appliances. We really enjoyed watching the cows from the back porch. I would highly recommend this unit if your in the area. You will Love it.

Third time visit

This was our third time staying at the farmhouse. The first time was when our son passed away. The farmhouse gives us a feeling of home and comfort. Our last stay was to celebrate out oldest grand daughter's birthday. The house provided a great setting for the party and her guests had a great time running and looking at the cows. When I contacted Michael about the party, he was very receptive and accommodating. We look forward to our next visit.

The Farm House was perfect for this season of our life

Our son, who lived in the Cumming area, passed away unexpectedly and we needed a place to stay for family and friends. The Farm House met all of our needs and more. It was only a few miles to our granddaughters' house and close to the funeral home. The house had lots of outdoor space for our granddaughters to run and play, and they loved the cows, especially Jumper the newborn calf. We also made good use of the screened porch for games and visiting. Michael and Regina were great hosts and very sympathetic to our loss. We were invited to a hayride our last night which was thoughtful. We hope we can stay there again while settling our son's estate. Thank you for making a difficut time easier.

True Georgia Hospitality!

My family had a baseball tournament in the Woodstock Ga area. It was a pretty large event and I drug my feet on finding a place fairly close. Everything booked up quickly, so I began my search for a place to fit our needs. This property kept coming up on my search almost telling us to take a look further. We finally all agreed to try this place in Cummings Ga. and to our surprise it was better than we could have even thought. The house is an older house from the outside which we tend to love the brick country home look cause our families had them in NC and Virgnia and brought back great memories. When you go inside, they have totally redone everything. The rooms were all decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was updated and had plenty of hot water. All appliances worked and they had plenty of utensils to cook with. The rear "Florida room" allowed my wife and I to sip our coffee in the mornings quietly. The front yard was huge which allowed several games of competitive wiffle bay. There was always a crowd watching but this particular crowd were the cows that lived on the property as it is a working farm. You are far enough from the city life, but quick enough from it to grab a few things in case you forgot something. The owners are great. We got an opportunity to chat and what an amazing story that is attached to this property. If we get another tournament or need to stay in this area, then we will be back. Owner is quick to respond with any questions or needs. This property was an awesome secret! Thank You for allowing to stay in your Ga home. Oh, and the eggs were "fantastic"!!---K and M....

Beautifully decorated and well equipped

It seems every detail was thought of...it was equipped with everything we needed, labels helped us with questions (switches, etc). The location was great and easy to get to. It was lovely waking up in the morning and having coffee on the back porch while watching the cows graze nearby. The place has been completely remodeled and has all new appliances, furniture, cabinets. The owner was great, letting us check in early and left a thoughtful note welcoming us to the homestead.
