You’ll be able to view them from the dock or take your boat around the corner for a spectacular view. Dock is in deep water and ready for your boat. No need to rent a canoe, paddle boat or kayak. They’re ready for your water fun right here. Refuel your boat or jet ski in a jiffy at Aqualand marina. This lake house is the package you've been dreaming about for a memorable family vacation. Look no further, book with us, because this is an experience your family will remember for a long time.

This 1900 sq ft home has a well-appointed kitchen, family room with foosball, bar and relaxed seating. Picture windows bring lake views to you anytime you'd like. Dining available on the deck as well as outside the back door.
Laundry Room is outside of the kitchen. Sleeping quarters boast a spacious primary bedroom with fresh/clean linens, 2nd and 3rd bedroom, sleeps a total of 8.

Lot’s of wildlife abound. Feed the deer from the front porch. Fish off the dock. Swim in the cove. Lot’s of activities here at the home or a 12 minutes’ drive brings you to Margaritaville for waterpark fun.

Had a wonderful stay at KJ Lake Life during Thanksgiving to visit relatives nearby in Buford. Five stars all the way. Highly recommend. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by a family of 5 deer in the backyard, and saw them every day. Super clean, accurate description, phenomenal communication, easy access, and super comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of parking, streaming services on Smart TVs. Great mattresses, soft sheets, clean towels, and even nice toilet paper! Will definitely stay again if available.

Great location for boating! Such a cute place supplied with everything you will need for a getaway. Hostess is very nice and readily available. Deer in the backyard daily was a treat to see. (Momma’s and babies) Bird watchers will love Lanier, lots of different species. Will definitely be back!

We recently stayed at this lake property, and it was great as always. From the moment we arrived, the view of the lake and surrounding nature set the tone for a perfect getaway. The property was impeccably clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with every amenity we could possibly need. The spacious deck overlooking the water was perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The home was well-equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and living area. The hosts were incredibly responsive.This lake property is a true gem, and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing escape in nature.

Graduation Weekend

The place was very clean. Michelle was super easy to get in touch with for any questions I had. She made the weekend extra special for us! Loved seeing the deer in the late afternoon and early morning walking thru the yard! Would definitely recommend!

Stayed for NPFL bass tournament

Great location and property. We had enough parking for five trucks with boats and will definitely stay again when in the area.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this lake house! The location was in the perfect cove; with little boat traffic, making floating in the lake so relaxing. It’s a very gentle and short walk down to the lake (which is not very common on Lake Lanier), so our whole party was able to get down to the dock with ease. Checking in was easy, and the house was very clean. Katie was the perfect host!!! She left us a few staples (snacks/drinks/floats) to enjoy during our stay, was quick to answer any questions and make sure that we were having the best time while staying on the property. My husband had to work and he never had an issue with the wi-fi. The house had plenty of space for all of us to gather to play games and spend time together. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Excellent Stay

My family stayed here 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, access to the lake, and the cleanliness of the property. The paddle boat, kayaks, and canoe were great for our teenagers to spend some energy.

A perfect weekend getaway!

This is a perfectly sized cabin for a family (or two!) with direct lake access. The host is very accommodating and really just lovely to deal with. The house has great accommodations (Wi-Fi, laundry, fire pit, chiminea, board games, a very nice coffee bar, and so on!), is clean and well appointed, and is near to a lot of great activities and convenient shopping. There are lots of food/delivery options to make your stay as restful as possible. Definitely somewhere well return!!

We had a great time!!

We loved sitting on the dock in the evenings. Kids swam, used the paddle boats to explore, deer would come and eat every morning and evening! Great location and kids loved the Foosball table.

Fun place

This property was very comfortable and was a unique getaway. Plenty of seating for my family of six plus 5 more visitors. Well stocked with supplies and a great location! Michelle was a great host and we hope to stay again soon.

Family Lake House

If you are looking for a place that your family can stretch out and feel comfortable, this is the perfect location! All the water toys make it a lot of fun to be down at the water and play in the lake. Highly recommend!

Great Place to Unwind

House was in a great location; a quiet waterfront home just minutes from shopping and dining. The house was just what we were looking for in a weekend getaway. There were deer roaming everywhere which the kids loved. We would gladly come back.

Very relaxing stay on Lake Lanier

We really enjoyed our stay. The property definitely met our needs and had nice touches like an enclosed deck that we enjoyed. My daughter and I had some fierce football games and my wife and I had fast and reliable Internet to do a little work. The location is great and close to Buford and Sugar Hill. The property owner provided some great recommendations for activities that we really enjoyed.

Wonderful Weekend at Lake Lanier

This was a fantastic stay. Excellent property and communication. The house is perfect for a relaxing weekend. Located in a safe area. Although we did not use, there are alot of amenities on site. The house was clean, comfortable and simply perfect for our needs. We will return when in the area.

Great place to stay on the lake

We were in the Atlanta area for a teen baseball tournament for one week. We wanted to stay by the lake so that we could relax and have fun in our off time. The house was right on the lake. The property was beautiful. We used all the kayaks, paddle boats and canoe in the lake. The house had everything we needed for our stay including everything we needed to cook meals. Michelle was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great Lake House in Great Location

We have stayed in several lake houses on lake Lanier and this was by far our best experience. The house is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed swimming and using the paddle boat and 2 Kayaks. One of the best things that separates this house from others is the very easy walk down to the dock. This was the first lake house where my In-Laws (in their 80’s) have been able to walk to the dock and enjoy the view. I highly recommend this property.
