Hello, my name is Marcel. I am a retired Master Sergeant having served 26 years in the United States Air Force. Still serving our country in the civilian sector as a contractor .

Hi, I’m Stephanie, born and raised in Oklahoma City. I am a licensed Beauty professional of 25+ years working on my Doctoral studies. We are the proud parents of three adult children who have gifted us with a couple of grand children and grand fur-babies to spoil rotten. I love to host, laugh, travel and most of all enjoy family.

My endeavor is to provide your family with a home away from home during your stay at Persimmon Hill Manor. I know what we like and have high standards. My hosting style is for me to be out of view.

However, I am always a quick call or text away from you to answer questions before and during your stay. As a host, I care deeply about your experience if it’s anything less than exceptional, please let me know!

I have traveled to 28 states in the union. Traveled internationally to: Canada, England and Jamaica. Travel wish list: France, Indonesia, Japan, Swiss Alps and Tahiti.

My style of hosting is to stay out of your way BUT that does not mean that I am not available to you to answer any questions if needed. ENJOY your stay!

Persimmon Hill Manor is nestled in the heart of the Adventure District. This compact area is known for its entertainment venues, like Remington Park, a casino and racetrack with pubs and fine dining. Family friendly attractions include the OKC Zoo and the Science Museum. Elsewhere catch a game at the USA Softball HOF Complex, vintage fire-fighting equipment is on display at the Firefighters Museum, while the National Cowboy Museum tells the story of the American West.
This neighborhood has so much to offer.

The house...

-A very spacious 2088 SQ FT single level home
-Den/Family area and bedrooms have Smart TVs (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc..)
-Backyard Propane Grill, fire pit and picnic table
-Fully equipped kitchen
-Hypoallergenic pillow and mattress covers

Allergens - One of the trees in the backyard is a pecan tree. There are nuts and nutshells that can litter the yard. If you or your child have a nut allergy, we want to make sure you are aware before you book.

Guest access

We have a programmable "RemoteLock" on the front door for private and secure, keyless entry. This will be individually programmed for your stay.

Guests have access to the entire house and yard with the exception of the following:

-2nd closet in laundry room
-Storage room in garage
-Upstairs attic in garage
-Detached 2 car garage/storage building in back yard

Other things to note
25 years of age or older to reserve

Valid photo ID of guests (over 18) required

Guest agrees to pay for damages exceeding the deposit

House rules
Please treat my place like you treat your own home.
1. No smoking inside the home
2. No pets
3. No parties and/or loud music
4. Keep all property and all furnishings in good order
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses
6. Fire in Fire Pit ONLY. You will be charged if any of these violations occur

The owner is not responsible for any accident, injuries, or sickness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Child safety - The house is not child-proof but it is kid-friendly. The house comes with one high chair and one pack-and-play
