The main house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, fully stocked kitchen, living, dining and laundry area. Plenty of outdoor livability. a front "porch area" Beautiful front and back yard with beautiful plantings, something is almost always in bloom. ( a gardener maintains all the outdoor areas) The outdoor spaces really make this house special. Perfectly set up for private dinners on the patio by the firepit, or a relaxing end to a busy day.
The guest house is a super well thought out and well appointed, container home with a sleeping area, kitchenette, full bath and a porch. It is one of our guests' favorites.
I have the perfect spot for your furry friend to play on the front grass yard with you, or be free in the fully enclosed back.
We do our best to make you feel as if you are at home.
The neighborhood is convenient, but quiet. The one way street is wide and has additional on street parking.
I have a really high repeat and referral rate for guest and I am so proud of that!

Put your feet up and have a coffee in the morning on the Adirondack chairs on the shaded porch. Or relax day or night on the incredible patio in the back with a grill and beautiful gas fire pit. Dogs under 40lbs welcome!

Casa Molino has a beautiful yard and landscaping.The front, grass yard is great for your children or your pets for playing. The backyard is full enclosed for privacy and relaxation.
Walk out the backdoor, and down the short path to he separate studio/WFH space the backyard. It's a perfect life blend to be at home, but have privacy for calls and concentration.
There is a wonderful sense of peace with charming decor and wonderful outdoor spaces. In a great, quiet neighborhood.
Garage parking space, and street parking is available also.
