House es muy singular, ya que es 6.000 sf todo en la planta principal. La sala de piscina cubierta en la parte trasera de la casa es de 3200 pies cuadrados y no tiene sótano debajo de él. Eso hace que para una zona muy aislada y privada. Además, puede resultar muy alto sin molestar a nadie en la parte principal de la casa. Usted puede ver esta área en mi sitio web. Por favor mira la Casa Tab Wiseman. La casa se pone en una parcela de 1. 5 hectáreas de terreno con ningún vecino cerca. La casa principal tiene cuatro dormitorios con una cama doble en cada habitación. El sótano cuenta con 2 camas queen size en una habitación y una cama tamaño Queen en el segundo cuarto (siete número total de camas de matrimonio en la casa). Nice owner. Pots need to be replaced due to teflon being scratched. We didn’t have time to use the pools but they looked great.

Great property, pools are both great and the space is extensive. The property does not sleep 20 though. If you plan to stay here pack blankets on your own to bring.

Amazing property for active families! 2 large pools, Gym with real wood gym floor, tennis court, and a large yard we used for spikeball! My family had a great time! Property is one building, but is broken into original home and Gym/Swim addition. Home was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Gym/Swim addition was fabulous as stated above, but did show signs of wear and tear. We did not need them with so much to do, but photos showing pool slide and hot tub were not accurate as neither were there. Owner did alert us to the hot tub breaking and being removed a week before our arrival, so it was not a surprise.

Our family, 3 generations age 6 - 76, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wiseman House. There were amenities for every age.Jim was easy to work with and communicated well with us.I rated the house as good for the cleaning only because I think one of the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned. I told Jim immediately and he was extremely sorry and explained that his regular cleaning gal took a week off and he had hired someone he hadn't known. He said many times how sorry he was and offered to compensate for the oversight.The only other issue we encountered was the ice maker didn't work. I do think that needs fixing. With 17 people we went through a lot of ice daily.All-in-all, I would definitely rent from Jim again. There is so much to do for an active family and plenty of room to spread out.

Wonderful family getaway

Wonderful stay. Pool was fun for all. Gym with basketball hoop and pickleball court was an additional plus for this rental. All ages of our family loved it. I would highly rent this property again.

Lovely property

This house had it all. Indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, basketball court, and several beds. Highly recommend staying here.

My family enjoyed this property. Very spacious and plenty to do. Could use many updates. Has great potential to be a beautiful property. Owner responds quickly if needed when staying at property. Overall would stay again.

Great Place

Excellent layout and amenities.Entire group loved the pool and hot tub. The Gym got a lot of use from the kids and some adults. Communication with and response from owner was excellent. We had a GREAT stay.

Hot tub was warm, kitchen well stocked, tons of wood for fire pit, excellent communication. Wish the master bedroom had a fan or the windows could open it was really hot. Windows needed screens. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Family reunion and birthday celebration

Great property for our large group. Plenty to do with an indoor and outdoor pool, an indoor gym with basketball and pickle ball court and a hot tub. Plenty of space with eight queen size beds, two refrigerators and two living rooms with televisions. The group enjoyed the secluded property located in a neighborhood. Also loved the wildlife (rabbits, squirrels, groundhogs and birds) that shared the property.

Family Getaway Weekend

The space for a large family getaway weekend was great. With the basketball court, pool and hot tub there was something for everyone to enjoy! It was great having two full size refrigerators and plenty of tables and chairs for eating and playing cards. My family had a great time. We were able to meet Jim the owner. He was very accommodating!

Family Christmas

We were very happy with the size of the house. It was large enough for our entire group to move around and feel comfortable. We loved the gym and pool room. We were pleasantly surprised to find everything supplied in the gym. It was a great weekend for all of us.

This property was excellent for a large group of friends with young kids. We especially enjoyed afternoons in the outdoor pool, playing in the gym and lawn games in the yard. There was lots of counter space and table space in the kitchen & dining area for food and board games, and two nice sitting & playing areas. It could use some repairs/updates, but nothing that affected our enjoyment. The owner was very communicative and responsive to questions beginning months in advance and throughout our stay. We're already considering another stay next summer!

There are a lot of issues with the house that need attention. The toilet paper holder, towel holder and drain cover are all broken in the main bathroom. Carpet in thresholds have holes in them and have been duct tapped. The water and ice maker in the fridge are broken.Holes in walls and some patched but not repainted. Tiles in the pool are off and falling off. Bottom of the pool look unclean. It was a disappointing to have so much in disarray. Charging top dollar for a house and not getting a top property and accommodations seems unfair.Overall we were disappointed.

The tile on the indoor pool is obsolete in pattern and physical size. Also, only 30% of the tiles are missing. Carpet is being replaced. The unpainted walls are in the pool/gym area and are constantly in need of repair and this rental happened before the painting could be done.

Disappointed

We were super excited to book this house for our first ever family vacation. Upon arrival we were very disappointed as the pictures online were not a correct representation of the house. The floors were not swept, not mopped and the carpets weren't much better. While this wouldn't normal be a big deal, we didn't want to spend our our first vacation in 3 years cleaning a house upon arrival, especially after having to pay a pretty large cleaning fee. The indoor pool area is very slippery and there are a lot of cracked very sharp tiles that resulted in multiple people cutting their feet even with laying towels down. We ended up running out to buy duct tape to put over the tile to eliminate the issue. Upon checkin we were informed the hot tub was broken and the jets did not work. Prior to check-in we were informed the outdoor pool is closed for the season the week after Labor Day, this would be helpful if listed on the website. We never did find the 5th bathroom and the 3rd full bathroom is in the pool area. This would be a great rental house if the price point was cheaper but for the money we payed our expectations were set much higher than what this house offered. We've used VRBO for many vacations and this was the first time our expectations were not met.

Outdoor Pool is always closed after Labor Day for the past 5 years. All renters that request a rental agreement are told about the outdoor pool. Hot tub main unit went out a day before the renters check in. It was ordered and came in the following Tuesday. I have no idea why they were looking for a fifth bathroom. My house has 3.5 bathrooms and this fact is stated on all websites. Regarding the cleaning they never called me. If they did, I would have sent the cleaning company back over to the house and told them to take care of the issue. I have rented my house to over 250 different groups. It's impossible to have every agree to what is clean, but if anyone calls I send back the cleaning company.

Paul and Sue Wedding

Jim is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. We rented out the house for a small wedding. We had several family members who were coming from out of town, so it worked out perfect that everyone could stay in one place and not have to spend additional money on hotel rooms. Of course it decided to rain, so our outdoor wedding ended up inside (so it was great to have the gym area). The kids loved the indoor pool as it was getting cold outside and the outdoor pool for closed for the season. We had all the kids stay downstairs and the adults couples had plenty of room in the bedrooms upstairs. I wish I could post pictures so you could see how beautiful the scenery was for our wedding pictures. Everyone had a great time. I would definitely rent the home again for a large family get together or even a weekend getaway with the kids and some of their friends. It has plenty of space to accommodate everyone.

worked out great

we had a great time. We had 15 in our family 10 adults and five grandchildren lots of room ,pool was 86degrees nice hot tub nice and big . Gym worked out well for kids and adults there was a couple of leaks from skylites on gym floor but not a big deal dryer came in handy for drying wet pool towels. We will for sure go back

We loved our time here.

We rented this home for our yearly family reunion and loved every minute of it. No it is not in perfect condition...it's a rental in a college town. Decorating is dated in some areas but it was comfortable and a great layout with lots of space for all. The beds were clean, seating area is great and the pool and hot tub access are wonderful. The gym was great for working off the holiday calories. It snowed so I have no idea what the yard or outside pool are like. I didn't leave the house for 4 days and was never bored. Jim was easy to communicate with and even left us a welcoming pie. Our whole family has requested we use this again next year. Thanks Jim

Served Our Needs Perfectly!

This is the ideal house for our family Christmas get-together. The basement DID NOT smell like mildew (my wife is super sensitive to that, and she had no issues). The upkeep of the building is about average, nothing that sticks out as obviously needing repair, but it is well used. The Indoor pool is awesome, but if you rent the property in the wintertime, keep in mind that using the hot-tub/pool makes the humidity approach 100%, this makes the bball court slick (this can be easily taken care of by opening a couple doors for 10 mins, and then allowing the heaters to kick on and warm up the (now low humidity) air). I initially thought that we would have to watch the young ones like hawks since there is an open pool, but fortunately the pool is separate from the main gathering areas, and plus it has a cover that would probably support anyone under 150lbs. The bball court had balls and the young ones thoroughly enjoyed using that area. (if you have young kids, bring along a trike... the ball court is ideal for this) If you are serious about your basketball, this is the place to go. The house was VERY clean (must be a cleaning service), and was very spacious. All the bedrooms seemed pretty much soundproof, so if some of you are night owls, you won't keep others awake. At one point we invited some extra friends and family over, and we had about 30-35 people in this house. It swallowed us with no problems. The house has its own washer and dryer, which were indispensable (we probably did 7 loads in the 5 days that we were there) The hottub is a nice one, and it comfortably seats 6. Close to Autozone, and several restaurants. All in all We LOVED IT!

Best Vacation Ever!!!!!

Our family had the best vacation ever, we had such a great time we want to go back! Our party had an array of ages from 60 plus to 1 year old and we all laughed and blended well with each other. My fiance had his whole family there and so did I and it was such a great bonding experience! The estate is absolutely amazing, it feels like you are in your own little world. We did all kinds of outdoor activities, roasting marshmallows at story time around the campfire being one of the kids favorites! Fireworks after bar b q on the deck was awesome! The outdoor pool water slide was a fabulous hit for everyone and really fun! The indoor pool was amazing, swimming in a heated pool while our favorite tunes played on the surround sound was great. Or if you wanted to go into the hot tub and relax you can do that too! I want to mention how you can swim and watch a football game on the flat screen also with surround sound! Now where all of the men in our party was at the most, the basketball court. There is a indoor half court basketball court. It was totally awesome!!! We had all kinds of pick up games all throughout the day! Very entertaining!!!! The inside of the estate is just as lovely as the outside. There is a unique pit room where all of the children watched tv. It was great because as the ladies cooked in the kitchen we could look over the pit and see the children. The living room was very nice and spacious with also a view of the outdoor pool to check on the children. Overall our family is very excited to go back and Mr. Wiseman was such a great help in every way. We loved the Wiseman house and would encourage anyone to stay.

Best Family Vacation Ever!

It was everything we could ask for! The house layout is perfect, lots of places to gather together! Everyone was entertained with all the amenities it offers, It was a perfect fit for our entire family and visitors! We will rent it again next year, we have stayed and looked at alot of homes and none compare to this one!
