Welcome to our home! Step into this one-of-a-kind destination getaway and experience the Getty Villa of Temecula Wine Country! On a hilltop, surrounded by tranquil gardens, fountains and verandas, you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Within this glamourous mansion, you will feel like royalty. This estate is truly a spectacular wonder that will bring a unique experience for you, your family and friends!
This home was custom built to mirror the Getty Villa in Los Angeles with Greek and Roman statues, sculpted fountains, murals and more. It is a hilltop estate at the end of a cul-de-sac with a private gate and entrance. Enter through the courtyard and you will find a sparkling, saltwater pool and jacuzzi. With 5,122 sq ft, this home has 2 large living rooms and a dining room. The Chef's kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pan and dishware to prepare home-cooked meals. There are 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, including an full bathroom located on the pool patio. The master suite has a standing shower with a Greek Goddess statue, a large tub, and walk-in closet. A second bedroom has a private bath. Two other bedrooms are connected with by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. There are 10 beds in total (including 4 rollaway beds that can be placed anywhere). All bedrooms are on one floor. The floor below is a 7-car garage converted to an entertainment game room with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball and a custom designed new home theater with 12 recliners, surround sound and lighting. Whether you find enjoyment in the outdoor glory or the indoor greatness of this home, make this paradise your next travel destination and you won't be disappointed!
Guest will have access to the entire home on this 5 acre lot, minus 1 garage we use for storage.

We are close to both De Portola Road and Rancho California Road, which are Wine Trails in Temecula. Within 15 minutes, there are over 15 wineries!
Having a car is always a good idea. Uber is a text away. Grapeline Wine Tour is a tour service. Vineyard Limousine & Temecula Party Bus and West Coast Limousine & Party Bus Wine Tours are popular options as well.
You must be 25 years old to book this property and the person booking must also be staying at the property.
Utility Costs
For a 30 day stay:
Owner pays:
for pool service, landscaper, water, trash service.
Owner will also pay for $1500 toward electricity bill.
Guest pays:
Propane cost
used to heat the pool and spa. $500 will be billed in advance through the Airbnb Resolution Center for propane cost. If propane tank needs to be refilled during stay, guest will be billed for the cost to fill the tank. Receipt from propane company will be provided.
Electric:
Guest is responsible to pay for any electrical bill cost above $1500 per month. Electric bill will be provided.
For stays longer than 30 days, electric cost will be calculated based on length of stay.
These Rules are setup for your safety and protection. If you or any of your guests do not agree with them, please do not book our home. If you do book our home, please have all your guests read over the rules and agree to them before arriving.
EVENTS:
-Any type of event needs to be pre-approved before you book.
AFTER DARK AND FROM 10:00 PM TO 8:00 AM:
-Neighbors are winding down, quieting down or sleeping. You are on vacation but our neighbors aren't.
-FYI... Riverside county has a strict "Noise Ordinance Law", which means, continue to have fun and enjoy without disturbing our neighbors. Our house is high up on a hill, so noise travels outwards.
- We do not allow DJ's, MC's or anyone that uses a soundboard or microphone inside or outside of our home. Please inform your guests.
-Throughout the duration of your stay, please keep music, chatter and excitement noise at levels that stay on the premises, not traveling to our neighbors nor down the street. Absolutely, NO screaming and yelling as we strongly suggest you and your guests relax, chill and enjoy. If you desire to party, please do so on a low decibel inside our home with closed windows and closed doors. Thank you for being considerate to our residential neighbors.
CAMERAS:
- There are cameras at all exterior entry points.
GAME ROOM:
-Young Teens/Children under 16 years of age are NOT allowed by themselves unsupervised without an adult.
-When using the pool table, use a pool stick. Do not throw or spin the balls on the felt. It burns a hole or makes white marks from the heat of the balls. Please do not sit on the pool table.
-Please do not move any of our furniture ever.
-Please do not move the pool table. If you move the pool table, we will charge you for the cost of re-leveling.
-If you break something, please notify us so we can replace it for the next family.
FAMILY ROOMS:
-The sofas are not to be slept on EVER. We have no way to protect them from sweat and other things. Bring air mattresses if needed. We do offer 4 roll away twin size beds that can be placed anywhere.
-The piano is not a toy.
KITCHEN:
-Please bring bags of ice. We do not have an ice maker.
-Please do not use counter tops as cutting board.
-There is as no garbage disposal. Please dispose of all non-liquid items in the trash cans.
SWIMMING POOL:
-We do NOT heat the swimming pool. There will be an additional daily cost for pool heating - the cost varies based on the season of the year. Please contact owner for further information and pricing.
-Glass is never allowed around the swimming pool and jacuzzi area ever. For your safety, please use plastic only.
-There is no pool fence. Never leave your children unattended in the jacuzzi or swimming pool. There are NO lifeguards on duty. An adult must be present.
-No running around, horse-playing or diving into the pool.
- Please don’t damage indoor furniture or outdoor seat cushions with wet swimwear or tanning lotions/oils.
SMOKING:
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our home. This includes any type of weed, cigarette, cigar, pipe, vapor, hookah, etc. If you are caught smoking in our home, we will fine you. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of your full security deposit.
-We do allow smoking outside of the house.
Do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground. If we find cigarette butts on the ground, we will charge you your full security deposit.
PETS:
-Pets are NOT allowed. Please do not ask. The guests that you invite over are also not allowed to bring pets of any kind with them. If caught on our security cameras, they will be asked to leave.
SAFETY:
-Please keep all doors and garage doors closed at all times so mice won’t come inside. We do live in the rural hills!
-Lock all doors and windows at night for your safety.
-Owners are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
-Owners are not responsible for any guest injuries, accidents or illnesses.
-Guests who receive 2 complaints from neighbors or 1 police report will be asked to leave without a refund and will be fined their security deposit.
