The house is beautiful and well maintained, but the experience was overshadowed by the host’s approach. It felt like they weren’t ready to rent out their home. The number of rules and restrictions was overwhelming, and locked drawers and chained doors created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Basic amenities like soap, shampoo, coffee, and tea were missing, forcing us to shop instead of enjoying a simple morning.The heating system was a major issue—freezing downstairs (55F) and unbearably hot upstairs (90F), despite following instructions. The host even admitted this problem upfront. Entertainment was limited: no streaming logins allowed, only an HDMI cord option, which isn’t practical for most travelers.What’s most concerning is that these limitations were revealed only after booking and on arrival, leaving no chance to make an informed decision. While the hosts were friendly and responsive, the experience lacked a hospitality mindset. If renting continues, I strongly recommend rethinking the approach: provide basic amenities, fix heating, and allow entertainment access. A rental should feel welcoming, not restrictive

Everything is exactly as written in the description. Modern, clean, well furnished on a quiet street within a short driving distance for all our Flagstaff destinations. Very good communication with the hosts.

Host was amazing and responded promptly. We arrived early and she did not hesitate to let us check in early. Beautiful home and neighborhood. Could not recommend this place enough. This home has it all. Our two teenagers love it. There is a lake close by. Stop looking this one is it.

Great place

Everything was great at this location, the house and the interactions with owners. My only complaint is that it gets very warm upstairs. I was warned of this by the owners and given some ideas to redirect the air. Overall it was excellent and we would stay here again.

Clean & Cozy

We had a lovely stay! The home is so very cozy and was one of the cleanest places that we have stayed in! The beds were super comfy and it was easy to find everything that we needed for extra bedding. The property managers were easy to contact, quickly responsive and pleasant. Would stay again!

Upscale relaxation

We felt so comfortable and relaxed in this beautiful clean home on a quiet street right next to a wildland area. Everything was just perfect for our ski weekend and the spa was amazing! We love to cook and were happy to see the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to create fabulous meals. The couch and bed so comfy and plenty of hot water in the luxury showers. We also saw a family of deer walking through the neighborhood - we will definitely be back.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This house was cozy and comfortable. The location is perfect, in such a cute area of flagstaff. The hot tub was so nice and we could hear elk while we sat outside. The perfect place to enjoy the mountains with the whole family.
