The bungalow features a comfortable and inviting space, perfect for a couple seeking tranquility and seclusion. Unwind in the cozy living area or snuggle up together to take in the panoramic views of the majestic mountains through large picture windows.

Kitchenette:
Prepare delightful meals for two in the well-equipped kitchenette. It comes complete with essential appliances and utensils, allowing you to cook and savor your favorite dishes while enjoying the stunning natural backdrop just outside.

Bathroom:
The bungalow boasts a modern and private bathroom, providing all the amenities you need to freshen up after a day of exploring the Alaskan wilderness.

Outdoor Space:
Step outside to your outdoor area, where you can immerse yourselves in the serenity of nature. Sip your morning coffee on the manicured lawn while witnessing the breathtaking sunrise over the mountains. In the evenings unwind with a glass of wine as you admire the mesmerizing colors of the sunset.

We are not on-site but are available by phone and will respond quickly.

Our Neighborhood is a very quite one. Please remember the quiet hours from 6am-10pm

The property is very close to the highway for easy access to downtown Palmer and Wasilla.

Property is 45 minutes from the Ted Stevens Airport. 10 minutes from the MatSu Regional Hospital. Great restaurants, hiking, fishing, site seeing and more is nearby. Skeetawk Ski area is 15 minutes away. We provide a cooler that you can use for road trips.

Guests: This booking is just for the two adults listed. No additional guests are permitted.

Shoes: We ask that shoes be removed inside to help keep the bungalow fresh and cozy.

Firepit Use:

For safety, please do not use the firepit when it’s windy.

Firewood is provided inbetween the bungalows in the fire wood bin.

Before heading to bed, make sure the fire is fully out and the cover is placed back on the pit.

Smoking & Vaping: You’re welcome to smoke or vape outdoors only. Please note: any smoking inside will result in a $500 fee.
