Only three years (young), this amazing South End unit boasts a fantastic location, a number of exclusive, luxury amenities, including a private garage, pool access, and a private walkway to the beach, and every comfort imaginable for a fantastic beach getaway! Located on the 1st floor, Summerwoods #1504 is tastefully decorated with warm, neutral tones, modern decor, comfortable furnishings, and updated appliances. Enter through the spacious and breath-taking kitchen, which is fully equipped and well-stocked for your stay. The open concept floorplan and large center island allow for easy mingling and entertainment with friends and family, while the integrated wine cooler is sure to keep the 5 o'clock crowd happy.

The kitchen opens to a beautifully-appointed dining area which comfortably seats six, and beyond that is the open family room with ample seating for all. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a large en-suite, complete with double sinks and an oversized walk-in shower, as well as a large walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom can be set up as either two twin beds or as an additional king size bed. It also includes an adjoining bathroom.

The condo's South End location is ideally situated for numerous activities. There are multiple golf courses a mile or two away, horseback riding on the beach, tennis, shopping, and lots of excellent restaurants, not to mention the Ritz Carlton, a mere stone's throw away, hosts one of the best Sunday brunches on Amelia Island. You are a short ride (5-10 minutes) to Old Town Fernandina and the picturesque riverfront, where you can take a ferry to St. Marys, Georgia, or Cumberland Island. The Old Town is chock full of unique, fun shops and great restaurants.

All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.

We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of Docusign.
