EN8 - Enclave Dream - Enclave # 8 es una unidad más grande muy bien remodelada con vistas increíbles y a solo 4 minutos a pie de Silver Lake Village con su albergue, ascensores, restaurantes y tiendas. El hotel Stein Eriksen con su spa de renombre mundial también se encuentra allí.

Clean, spacious, and well equipped unit in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and interaction with the management was seamless. Despite terrible snow condition in Dear Valley, we still had fun exploring the area and relaxing in this nice space.

The property was clean and well located. The kitchen was bigger than it looked and was amply sized for our family of four.
One suggestion would be to have instructions for garbage and locking the door.

It's good to see that you enjoyed the property and gave it a 5 star review. Typically, our local manager meets the guests when they arrive. He then explains that the garbage bins are located in the underground parking garage and shows the guests how to work the keypad based lock on the front door. We'll add those instructions to the laminated general welcome sheet in the kitchen.

Cozy Deer Valley townhouse
Plenty of space for a group of 6 to spread out. Beds were very warm and comfortable! Recently remodeled bathrooms. Kitchen is large and stocked with pots/pans/utensils. In close proximity to the slopes (~5 min walk) and a short 5 minute drive to the shops on mainstreet. Check in process was easy and done through text messages. Would stay again!

Deer Valley Summer Vacation
Our family had a fabulous stay in Deer Valley! It’s absolutely beautiful in the summer! We rode the chairlift at the resort and hiked down, went horseback riding, had lunch at the resort restaurant, and fine dined at Riverhorse in Park City. We also cooked and bbqed at the townhouse. The place was perfect for our needs, perfectly located to what we planned to do. We walked to the resort and enjoyed the views of nature out of the townhouse windows or on the patios when we were home. Communication with the property managers was easy and everything about the place was self-explanatory. It instantly felt like our home away from home.

tv in living area not internet connected. In today's world many people stream
tv entertainment through Netflix Hulu Amazon video etc and would be helpful
to have tv internet access to allow signing in to an account .
musky odor lower level where bedrooms located. odor persisted despite having
windows open
no fixed screens on windows or doors to decks. windows had to stay open due to lack of air conditioning so would be helpful to have screens in place.

We are glad to hear that overall you had a nice stay and that you enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, great view from the deck, the spacious living room and the excellent location. I do apologize that there were a few problems. We have now remedied each of them:
1) Spa cover: This has been replaced with a brand new one that is easy to open and close.
2) We are replacing the furniture on both the upper and lower deck in the Spring after the snow has melted.
3) The BBQ grill has been thoroughly cleaned.
4) The TV in the living area is now connected to the internet with a ROKU so you can sign into your favorite streaming platforms.
5) We could not find any problem with a musky odor on the lower level. It is fresh and clean smelling and other guests have not noted any issue throughout the town-home.
6) The screens are now on the windows. A/C is rarely needed even in the middle of the summer at this higher elevation, but if it is extra hot, we purchased fans for additional ventilation.
7) The instant water heater is located in a mechanical closet, and it gives unlimited hot water. We had the plumber adjust it and it is quiet now as long as the door to the mechanical closet remains closed.
8) The drywall crack in the ceiling of the master bedroom has been patched and repainted.
We hope you can stay again soon.

Lovely condo and would stay there again. A few problems mentioned below.
The view was excellent and and the top floor (kitchen and living & dining area) were superb. They did not have what I would call a master suite but the bedroom was adequate and the bed was very comfortable. They said that the condo slept 9 but it really slept 6 (which we had) comfortably. If you had to move heavy furniture for the sofa bed in the living area that would have been a nuisance.
The property manager was OK but we had asked for early check in since our plane arrived early and we did not get much help and got in a little before 4:00. I was wondering why he did not want us to call him until 2:30 that day but then I realized that I do not think he lived in Deer Valley/Park City. Maybe he did what he could but I think that quite possibly he could have done better. We had some problem with the hot tub. For one thing the top was real heavy because it had torn and water had gotten in and frozen. The property manager said that they had ordered a new top. Well my husband said that they were having the same problem in 2019, so we may have just been told a story. The water in the tub would not heat for a day then my daughter realized that maybe it was because the water was low. She added water and then it began to heat, but it took a couple of days to heat up. We had called the property manager about the tub and then again to say that we had the heat finally working. He had said that the hot pool company that he used had been out. Well there was heavy snow and no tracks outside showing that someone had been there and they would have been able to notice that the water was low.
Another thing that was not a big thing, but I had asked if there was shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. In recent years, I had brought up shampoo and conditioner for the three bathrooms. The property manager told me that there were dispensers in the bathrooms with the shampoo and conditioner. Well there was that in the bathroom on the top floor which were about 1/3 full and we were not showering in that bathroom. The downstairs bathrooms had no dispensers. Since my husband and I do not ski, we just went to the store the day after we arrived and got some. one other minor thing, as expensive as the place was, I do believe that they could have had a box of kleenex in every bathroom. There was no kleenex at all.
It was real nice that there were Christmas tree lights and ornaments. We got there before Christmas and got a real tree to decorate.

Great property management
The location is really excellent if you are skiing. We had some initial problems with the property that property management jumped right on and resolved. parking is very convenient directly underneath the unit. Our only complaint is that the kitchen is a little pedestrian in terms of its pots and pans, utensils, glasses and serving items. Also, the heating system makes a lot of noise at night and is a little finicky, but otherwise the place is good

Beautiful Comfortable Perfect
My wife and I stayed here for a quick weekend trip with some family and we absolutely loved it. To start, we have covered parking and other parking options for friends to come over like 30 feet from our doorway. The space features a beautiful big kitchen and dining area and plenty of seating in front of the fireplace and big TV. The kids had a ton of fun in the private hot tub and sleeping arrangements were made easy with plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms downstairs. One of the best parts was the amazing view from the living room window. There was fresh snow when we woke up one morning and that view of the never ending trees and mountains alone made the trip memorable. We WILL be staying here again in the future.

Perfect get away and felt like home!!
We stayed at this condo with my family and it was so nice! Very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Very clean and well kept, amazing location (right next to center street and so many shops/food) and it was so beautiful. We were so impressed from the second we walked in and it felt like home. Definitely highly recommend and we will be returning!!

BEAUTIFUL. Cant wait to be back!
We could not have had a better experience staying at this rental. The place was beautiful. We loved having the open concept to be able to cook and spend time with our family and friends. The sleeping space was great downstairs. Loved having a bathroom for every room and the private hot tub right out the two bedroom doors. Very clean and fresh when we arrived. To top off the amenities inside, the view is ONE OF A KIND!! It was so easy booking and they were very accommodating. Walking distance to the ski resort and lodge and I can't express enough the amazing view we got to wake up to every morning. We could not have had a better experience and look forward to booking with this condo again!

Convenient & Comfortable Condo at a Luxe Resort
We had a great time in Deer Valley. This condo is very convenient to both Silver Lake Village and Snow Park Lodge. It is also very close to town. The kitchen is well appointed and each of the three bedrooms has it own bathroom. All beds were very comfy. It was nice having a laundry room to wash our base layers between skiing days. Plenty of hooks and benches for gear. The main level has a very open floor plan with very high ceilings and a lovely view. Parking was very easy. Free shuttle service stops is a few hundred yards from the condo. The resort is very luxe and the town is adorable. We had a minor plumbing issue and it was addressed very promptly by the local property manager. All of us (aged 5-71) had a fantastic time!

Conveniently comfortable
We had a lovely stay at this comfortable Deer Valley condo. It was a great choice for our family (husband and I, our mom, and 3 teenagers) as we love to do our own cooking and play games in the evenings after skiing. It was a short walk to the Silverlake Lodge. The hot tub is comfortable for 3-4 guests and it was warm and ready for use upon our arrival! Communicating with property management was super. We had no issues with this property, everything was in working order.

Great and comfortable house
Really enjoyed this property. Living space was great — large kitchen with everything we needed, comfortable living room with ample seating, great views, and plenty of space for 4 independent people to spread out. We enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub after a long day of skiing. Easy walk to Silver Lake. Local property management prompt response for very minor issue with a TV remote. We used Grocery Girls to pre-stock kitchen with food for the first couple of days. Overall, a great experience.

Excellent property and management!
Our stay at Enclave 8 was perfect! The unit was very spacious. We love that the dining table was large enough for us all to sit at. The seating in the family room was comfortable after a long day of skiing, and the view was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. Management was very accommodating. A short walk to Silverlake Lodge makes it an ideal location.

Weekend Ski Get Away
We stayed at Enclave 8 with our 3 adult children. Having 3 separate bedrooms, each with their own barhroom made early morning departures to the slopes very easy. The living space in this condo is terrific with an open concept. The view of the mountain is lovely. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed for our dinners at home and a working grill. We did use the hot tub after a day of skiing.
Silver Lake is a short walk - the only disadvantage is that part of the walk is on the road without sidewalks.
Any questions we had pertaining to the condo were promptly answered.
