Will check availability here 1st for all future visits!

This is the best place to stay, for any reason, but especially if you're in Rochester, MN for Mayo appointments. It's cozy, comfy & complimentary in regards to the items on hand throughout the house that make it feel like you're at home. From an overly stocked kitchen, first aide items to well thought out addition like safety bars by the toilet & in the shower. Mark is the friendliest host we've met & offered to help us out beyond what would be expected. Looking forward to our next stay here.

Holiday stay in Rochester

Our stay was convenient and comfortable. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Girls weekend

The owners went above and beyond!! When we checked in Mark was there putting in an extra fan because the heat was so excessive and they wanted us to be comfortable. The fridge and pantry was stocked with food for us to use. We had a wicked storm that included a tornado warning and lost power. They were on top of everything within minutes to let us know where flashlights were and to take shelter. We were all very impressed and will stay again if we are in the area!! The house was everything and more than we were expecting.

Mark was the best experience with a host every! He was so hospitable and kind to me and my four children!! Will definitely stay again when I am am back in MN!!

Location, Spacious Accommodation, and Excellent Hosts.

The house was very well kept, spacious, awesome WiFi, and located with easy access to everything. It is minutes to Mayo’s, both hospital and clinic, and close to the highway, connecting us with everywhere else in Rochester. The host was friendly, courteous, and mindful of privacy. They were next door and willing to help with all needs, quickly. I would highly recommend this house. My son thought it was the best place we have stayed in Rochester.
