NEWLY remodeled home with a fully fenced landscaped back yard. There is a large covered patio that over looks the grassy area perfect to let the kids or pets play and is the regulated distance for corn hole! Whether your family is looking to get competitive or relax and not worry about a thing this home has it all from the 4 person hot tub to the multiple fire pits. Our home is extremely clean and well kept. The Williams house is walking distance to the rodeo grounds, walking distance to downtown and route 66, walking distance to the polar express, walking distance to the best bars and restaurants that Williams has to offer. Oh but that is not all, we are close to our beautiful lakes to swim or fish, there are great trails, we are close to the new amusement park, not far from BEARIZONA, we are 45 minutes to the GRAND CANYON, and only 45 minutes to the base of the SAN FRANCISCO PEAKS (SKIING+SNOWBOARDING+SCENIC CHAIR LIFT) We would love a chance to share our home with you! We had a great stay at this property in Williams. The house was spotless and the host had everything labeled so you knew where everything was. The hot tub was exceptionally good! The host was very responsive and easy to work with. Location was very close to the train station, a nice Safeway market, and downtown. The bedroom with its own attached bath has a queen bed, and the other bedroom has a king, if that matters to you. Loved our stay and highly recommend!

This is a great property, close to the Grand Canyon. Shelbi was super attentive - we had problems with one of the TVs and she came right over to help us out. We would book again.

We used Williams as our base for Grand Canyon hiking. The house was perfect, fully loaded with everything we would need, quiet neighborhood and close to downtown! Hosts were very responsive and friendly!

Clean. Convenient to downtown, train and starting off point to area sites. Cool weather is a pleasant change from summer in the desert.

Our William's Adventure

The house id perfectly located for Grand Canyon Railroad and Bearizona.. Down town was 5 minutes by car.. House has a cozy feeling. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and fireplace. I would defiantly recommend

Such a cute home, great for everyone in the family. Kids and the dog loved the backyard. The host was very prompt with getting back to us if we had any questions as well, we will most definitely be coming back!

Williams getaway

Beautiful home. It was a great location for us. We went to the Deer Farm, Grand Canyon and Bearizona, all nearby. My mom is in a wheelchair and we were able to get her in the house, even with the minimal step at the front and back door. (Would not work with an electric wheelchair if you didn’t have a ramp) We would gladly stay here again.

Very nice little house. We walked to town and back every morning for breakfast. Wish we could’ve used the backyard, but it was a bit cold for us Havasuvians!!Hope all is well in the home.

Perfect Getaway Location

I loved the home and its location and decor. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have had and we stay in several homes throughout the year. The kitchen was great for cooking and communal meal.

Grand Canyon Stay

We have enjoyed our stay here! The home was so welcoming. It was easy to cook meals in the kitchen and we enjoyed the hot tub, the fire pit, and countless cornhole games in the big backyard. The location is super close to town and the neighborhood is quiet. Our hosts quickly answered all our questions.

We were asked to tour this property to potentially list it about a year ago and we could not pass on the opportunity to buy this place. It is not very often in almost 10 years doing real estate that I walk in the door to a house and completely fall in love for myself! The location is so perfect - close to our favorite lakes, the rodeo grounds, the best local restaurants, bars, our favorite place to listen to some of our local singers, its not far from the new roller coaster, zoo and walking distance to the polar express!! Getting to share this home with all of you and also having a place to share with our out of state family has been a dream come true.

We look forward to providing guests with a turn key, we have everything you could need to walk through the front door, relax and start making memories with your friends and families. We want our home to a clean, safe, and fun place that you will want to come back for years to come!!

Aside from the location we put so much time and money into making sure our home could be a comfortable space for you and your family. We put so much pride into ownership and we hope it shows. We provide local insight and a ton of interior and exterior amenities. There is a BBQ if you feel like cooking at home with the family. We provide propane to the outdoor heater, the BBQ, and the sitting out door fire place. We provide wood to the wood fire pit in the back yard which is a ton of fun to sit around while your watching your family battle at a game of corn hole (provided). Enjoy your favorite music from our blue tooth speaker while you sit in the hot tub and look up into the stars! The Williams house is dog friendly because we know they are part of the family!
