Welcome to the neighborhood of Highland Meadows, located by The Elephant Rocks Golf Course. This custom home 3 bedroom 2 bath home is the perfect vacation spot for you! Walking distance to the golf course, the lake, and only a few minutes from downtown Williams!! The front and rear covered patios give you a great space to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. There is an outdoor fire pit, an open concept kitchen for entertaining, great internet, TV, comfortable bedding and a stunning fire place/new furnace to keep you warm this winter!!

Great jumping off point for Grand Canyon R2R

Perfect spot for base camp at the canyon. Well appointed kitchen with a solid patio/grill set up. Exactly what we needed. Mike was very responsive.

Reserve it before I do

First, go reserve this property now, before I do again.Second, you will not find a better place. Big of me to say? No. I am from Williams, and have stayed at numerous places. Some let you have partial access to the house, some do not tell you about the hidden items that should be known about before leasing.Third, yet probably most important, is that "Michael" your host, exceeds hosting. He will ask you how things are, if you need anything, checking in and seeing that your stay is excellent. Yes, excellent, not good, not ok, but excellent. If you have a large group, you will have enough utensils to take care of everyone.. Cooking, there is an endless supply of pots and pans. I even left you some coffee. Access is easy. Entry to and from the city is so easy, and there are two different routes you may take into Williams. The house looks small, then you go inside and see how big it really is. Now, you may laugh, but I spent a month there, and kept looking for the light switch to turn off the light in the master bathroom. it is a skylight. A genius thought of this. never do you need to use the light in the master bathroom if using the sinks and mirrors. But yes, I kept looking floor that mysterious switch that is the sun. The back patio has a nice place to sit near a conversation fire. The garage is big enough to fit a crew cab, standard bed pick-up truck, mine, with room forward and rear, left and right. Your host is outstanding, and so it the property. Reserve NOW! B4Ido

Fantastic and comfortable stay close to everything

We had a tremendous time at this wonderful, comfortable and quiet home! Kids, parents and grandparents traveled for a long "Polar Express" getaway and this was a perfect home! It had everything we needed, was quiet and close by to Williams! Great communication, easy access and so clean and cozy!!

Home away from home!

This was a perfect property for our family of four (with our 2 adult children). The space worked well for us with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and making lunches to carry to the Grand Canyon. The high top kitchen table would be tough for those with physical disabilities and/or with small children. Williams was a quaint town close by and provided for some great restaurant options (Historic Brewery) and even a cute ice cream stop (Oh Sweetie). We saw an incredible sunset from the patio. The neighborhood was quiet. The Grand Canyon was about an hour away which was a reasonable drive for us. The property was just as pictured on the VRBO site. It was clean and comfortable. It would have been helpful to have an information book about the area and/or some puzzles/games for adult renters. We ended up donating a puzzle to the house. We would highly recommend this property. It was a great help having a washer and dryer so as not to travel with any dirty clothes. If you're a golfer or have kayaks, the course down the street and the park, are good options for you. Thank you for being all that was advertised!

Perfect VRBO!

We LOVED this house. It was beautiful! Great split floor plan, comfortable beds, and even a garage to park in! We were soooo happy to have the garage since it was snowing and icy during our stay. There is back porch furniture (it wasn’t shown in the listing) and even a sled to play on in the snow. The house had plenty of pillows, extra blankets, kitchen stuff (even seasonings!), and even a first aid kit on hand just in case. Would absolutely recommend to anyone! PS… the fireplace was cozy too!

Great getaway

Took my 83 year old Mom out of the heat and into some high country for some cool weather. Pictures do not do this house justice. It is absolutely gorgeous and the owner ensured that every need was met. I will absolutely rent this property again if available. Thank you to all the locals in Williams as well for the hospitality they provided to me and my family.
