Spacious 5 Bedroom Family Condo - 1 Block From Beach

Our home is located in the perfect location between the best parts of North Wildwood and Wildwood proper. Our 5 Bedroom, 3 bathroom home is perfect for families, groups of friends, or people who want easy access to the boards with lots of space. You'll enjoy a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk/beach/amusement parks, but the comfort of being a block away from all the late night noise.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms, Bedroom 1: Queen, Bedroom 2: bunk bed (2 twins), Bedroom 3: bunk bed (1 full, 1 twin). The first floor is also complete with a fully stocked kitchen and attached bar with bar stool seating. The main common area boasts a large living area with fireplace, family sized dinning table, and a full size balcony overlooking the street with a view to Wildwood's famous boardwalk. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, Bedroom 4: 1 queen, Bedroom 5: 1 queen. Each of the upstairs bedrooms has their own private Juliet balcony.

Reservations must be Saturday-Saturday if reserving during peak summer season (Memorial Day—>Labor Day)

Amazing location! The home had plenty of space for both adults and kids, and the easy access to the beach and boardwalk made our stay so convenient. My family had a wonderful time, and we’d love to return next year. The host was wonderful and made everything easy. 10/10!

Initial walk in to the home you get the strong smell of Fabuloso but the floors were filthy so don’t walk around in socks, they will be black in minutes. The home is in need of lots of TLC with paint, replacing vent covers and a real good clean. Blind in the one bedroom was broke along with the knob to open the window. A chair on the deck was also broke. We were without hot water for 2 1/2 days so cold showers or using public shower on the boardwalk were our options. Both of which are VERY uncomfortable. The faucet in the upstairs shower is very wonky. Yes the owner did refund us one night, but I don’t feel like that is sufficient. I am not one to write a bad review but at this point I am furious. I rented this property on reviews and feel like I was mislead especially for what I paid to rent this property. The property is in a great location though and I will say that the owner does immediately respond to texts and seems to be very nice but renter beware on the actual property.

Great place with fantastic owners

The unit was in a great location and had plenty of space for our large family. Ran into a little hiccup on arrival but the hosts worked to figure things out. Definitely recommend the host and the unit.

Property review

The pictures did make it look a lot nicer than it was. Counters and bathrooms were clean. Floor was filthy. We had to plunger the tub to get the water to go down. They had a plunger sitting right by the tub so I’m sure they know they have a problem. A chair on the porch was broken. This place needs a lot of maintenance done. Being close to the beach was the best thing about the place.

Space and location is GREAT! Place was very clean. We had a smoke detector issue (dead battery), Dan was responsive and helpful. Problem was resolved. He never made me feel like I was bothering him even though it was very late at night. The beds were comfortable, deck was great, grill was clean, parking was wonderful, and the house is really close to everything! Thank you for a great stay! We will be rebooking!

65th Birthday celebration

Convenient location for entire family to get away for a few days. Setback at first due to not reading the detail about bringing towels and linens.But a wuick stop at local family dollar saved the trip.Overall fantastic choice to stay

Great location from the boardwalk

Loved the location here! Just a short 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Enjoyed our stay here with the family and friends with little infants as well. Just make sure to read the fine prints and bring your own everything! Bed sheets, pillow cases, blankets, detergent, sponge, soap, towels, etc

This was the cleanest rental I have stayed in!The location was PERFECT, we were just over a block from the board walk. The Host was attentive and friendly - he allowed us to check in early and was quick to responding to messages!We are already talking about booking this house again in the summer! 10/10

Great for a group

Nice large condo with parking. House was clean and description was accurate. We did have one bit of confusion with the address (street has both an “East” and “West” and google maps defaulted to the wrong one) but once we found the place we were very happy.

The house had everything listed in the description. I forgot that there were no bed linens or towels. So off to Walmart to fix the problem.

Great stay that brought back great memories

Property was well equipped, very clean, conveniently located, spacious and even better than pictured. There are two full bathrooms shared by the one queen and two bunk bedrooms on the lower level and one full bathroom shared by the two queen bedrooms on the upper level. Comfortable mattresses and ample storage in all bedrooms.Kitchen was well stocked. Be aware that there is a steep 12 step staircase from the front door to the main living area and another staircase to the upper bedrooms. While steep, they both had very sturdy handrails.The a/c worked great and there are ceiling fans in most rooms. Walking distance to everything you need and want. Highly reccomend.

Fun stay and close to boardwalk.

We are senior women and loved having our own bedrooms and plenty of space to have fun. Loved sitting on the balcony outside the living room. We were disappointed the elevator was not working but planned our days going up and down the steps.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay here. We didn't have great weather, but my family made the best of it. We had an issue when we first checked in, but the owner resolved the situation immediately.
