-Skiing is about 25 minutes away at Mount Snow and Haystack Mountain.
-Prospect Mountain is just a five-minute drive if you prefer snowshoeing.

- Our HOA roads and my driveway are plowed regularly during snowstorms. However, we don't have a service to shovel or clear the entrances. We will try to do this before you arrive, but depending on the snowstorm and timing, you may need to do this independently. Shovels are near the chimney, and salt is in a sealed bin on the porch.

-We have Next door neighbors that live here year round. Please be respectful of them.
If out on the porch or at the fire pit please be conscious of your noise level .

- The U-shaped driveway provides enough room for 3 to 4 trucks and trailers, depending on their sizes.
During the snow season, you will need a four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle to get in and out of the driveway and around the HOA roads.

Take in the fall foliage and experience the magnificence of a Vermont autumn and all its breathtaking colors. Winter enthusiast, you can enjoy snowshoeing and cross country at Prospect Mountain and our trails all around the HOA.
With downhill snowboarding, skiing, and tubing at Mount Snow, which is about a 25 minute drive away.
Either way, down the mountain in Wilmington or Bennington, you can take in all the area has to offer, from fantastic antiquing to beautiful, unique artesian shops, delicious dining, and award-winning craft breweries.

Woodford, Vermont, is the highest town in Vermont, at around 2200' in elevation, and offers so much beauty. In inclement weather, please be careful on both sides of the mountain. It can turn very icy and snow-covered very quickly.
