Summary:
This spacious 1st floor apartment is located on the outskirts of the trendy Perry District and is just minutes from downtown Spokane and the Spokane Airport. Conveniently located right off of I90 you will find that everything you need from great restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and recreational activities are all within reach. It is also just minutes away from Sacred Heart Medical Center, Deaconess Hospital, and many other medical facilities.

The Space:
The ease of the beautiful open floor plan will allow you to spend time and connect with your guests from almost anywhere in the home whether it be the kitchen, dining area, or cozy living room. Our gorgeous oversized kitchen boasts brand new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and bakeware. Staying in and preparing meals onsite will be a breeze! The beautifully decorated master bedroom suite has its own private bathroom complete with a full size bathtub. Our luxurious king size bed offers heavenly soft sheets and a lovely plush comforter truly fit for a king. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with the same decadent linens as our king suite. Relax and indulge yourself in comfort!

Should you require extra accommodations, our living room is complete with a sofa sleeper for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the large parking lot as a first come, first serve, basis during their stay as well as full access to free street parking next to the apartment complex.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

Weekend Trip

Communication and check-in process were very smooth, had no issue at all finding the unit or accessing. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable for 2 adults staying the weekend to explore the city. It is a little off the beaten path, so not walkable to anything, with some run down houses nearby. We never felt unsafe but be prepared to bring a car (there is parking) or take ride-shares. Owners were great, checking in regularly and always a pleasure to speak to. Would stay here again when I come back to the area.

Modern, stylish decor, convenient location

What a delight! Designer decor with an integrated aesthetic throughout every aspect of this space flows beautifully from room to room, creating a serene atmosphere. Location is so convenient to downtown and the surrounding area. Very comfortable and beautiful space, thanks for your hospitality!

Nice condo

We enjoyed our brief stay here very much. The condo is very clean, modern, with comfortable beds and a beautiful kitchen. The couch hideabed was a bonus and necessity for us as a family of 5. Short drive to downtown and riverfront park.

Great rental!

It was nice to have a place to stay that was separate from family while we were visiting. Great location, enough space for 4 of us & loved the size of the kitchen. The beds were super comfy and appreciated having AC during this heatwave. Would recommend to anyone visiting Spokane!

Perfect

This property was perfect for what we needed while visiting Spokane. The apartment was clean and contained everything we needed. It is near the highway, which is great for getting around but does expose you to highway noise at night. The owners were thoughtful and placed fans in the closet of the bedrooms which was perfect for masking any highway noise. Very appreciative of them! We will most definitely be staying here for future visits!

This place was amazing!!!

There was one small hiccup upon check-in, but easily corrected. The place was clean and very easy and convenient to find. If I’m ever in Spokane again I will definitely stay here again.

Nice Stay

My family and I stayed as I had a conference at the Spokane Convention Center. This wasn’t close enough to walk there, but there are scooters around town to rent. The place was clean and very nice. The hosts were very responsive and made every effort to make our stay more enjoyable. My wife and kids were able to find activities to go do during the day. There isn’t any place outside on the premise for kids to play, but the unit is fairly spacious.

Lovely apartment

This was a sizeable apartment and was great for our family. It was clean and well laid out. Check in was incredibly easy and the hosts were responsive. Our family enjoyed our stay there.

Wonderful for family with teens + wheelchair user

Great stay in this extremely clean unit. Appreciated all of the proactive communication from Jerry and Natasha - really added a personal touch. Our youngest is in a wheelchair and the unit is extremely accessible, easy to get from the ramp van parking spot right inside with no steps or barriers. Loved the simplistic yet well done furnishings and decor. A/C worked great (it was 95+ degrees all weekend) and our two teens were comfy in the spare room and on the pull out sofa. We expect our son will be attending college in Spokane so we are thrilled to have found an accessible place that works well for our family. Thank you!!

This is a nice place to stay, bottom floor and easy parking. Home is very clean, cute and updated inside. All new! Good location to get to everything and easy access. Will be staying here next time I come to town for sure!

Five day stay

We arrived about an hour early & the host was very gracious to allow us to check in a bit early. The property was very clean & spacious, the large kitchen was great for making food or drinks & not bumping into each other, great location for Spokane arena & restaurants or anything else downtown. This is also in a cute neighborhood that has great eating spots of its own, as well as quick access to the freeway. The place came well stocked with necessities such as cooking oil, paper towels & laundry pods & even sanitizing wipes, would recommend only one small thing, maybe some bedroom curtains to keep out the bright sun for those who are sensitive to light while sleeping. Overall very enjoyable stay & would highly recommend this place.

Lovely Gem in Spokane!

What a beautiful apartment! Everything looks exactly like the pictures. The place is clean and roomy. We had family stop by to visit and there was lots of room for everyone. It's centrally located too, so there's easy access to freeways. The management was very attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Visiting our brother

The apartments were great, (we rented 2) the hosts were very helpful. It was clean, spacious and comfortable! Yes, the property was wonderful; however, we are not used to apartment living. We needed the ground floor for 93-year-old dad and didn't expect to hear the thumping above us grow louder as the night grew later. (Perhaps children jumping off bunk beds?) Early morning running up and down stairs (6:00 AM) was obnoxious as well. Again, we are not used to apartment living so that experience was unexpected.

Quiet, clean

Quiet and clean. Property is modern and well designed. Easy access. Parking is a bit sparse (if you arrive later in the evening like we did). Everything was comfortable and felt like home. Great for a family or a couple of friends.
