You can’t get more Flagstaff than this 1940’s historic cottage nestled on a quiet street in the heart of downtown Flagstaff!

Part of the Flagstaff Townsite Historic Residential District, this cottage boasts original hardwood floors, a large living space lined with windows, plenty of natural light, a comfortable two bedroom layout, a fully-fenced backyard and a central location that can’t be beat!

Spacious two bedroom one bath layout, with large living room, work space, fully stocked kitchen, large fully fenced backyard with BBQ grill & outdoor table.

All new furnishings, brand new king mattress, meticulously maintained!

The space is cleaned exclusively with nontoxic cleaning supplies (Branch Basics), and is supplied with eco friendly amenities such as recycled toilet paper.

We want your stay to be more than just a place to sleep for the night. We believe that a vacation rental should make you feel as comfortable as your own home, and it's our goal to provide a space that achieves that.

Walking distance from some of the best dining, coffee shops, and breweries in town

Minutes from some fantastic local parks, hikes and attractions

25 min from Snowbowl, 1.5hr from the Grand Canyon, 1hr from Sedona

Parking:

Single lane driveway parking with enough room for 2 cars. On street parking also available from April 1st-November 1st.

We aren't on site, but we are just a message or a phone call away if you need anything at all!

Located on a quiet street in a historic residential neighborhood in the heart of downtown Flagstaff!

Walking distance from many attractions with off street driveway parking. Driveway is one lane (the other belongs to the neighbor) & will fit two vehicles. Street parking available during April through October. *We have exterior security cameras on premises

Truly a great experience all around, from the communication we received from Jenna, to the cleanliness of the property, the close proximity of the property to local areas and things to do. The information Jenna supplied was very thoughtful and well put together, you have all sorts of great information at the click of a button. The Bonita House was a wonderful stay for us and we would stay there again. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and convenient. Jenna communicated promptly and we were confident of all the new details. There are lots of extra details included such as laundry facilities, coffee grinder/beans, fully stocked bathroom supplies, filtered water pitcher cold in the refrigerator on arrival, and much more. The outdoor options are very pleasant and off street parking added to the convenience.

House was ready a little early which was nice. Convenient to old downtown. Older house, nicely remodeled inside & well equipped. The exterior/yards could use some TLC but we enjoyed our stay & spent most time touring the area so yard wasn’t super important. Host was well connected & responsive! Thank you Jenna!

This was my first time using VRBO and I am blown away by how amazing our host was. The location was spectacular and was the perfect place for me and my family! It felt like home. We wish we booked another night!! I cannot recommend this place enough. Clean, comfortable, beautiful yard, great location, amazing host. Seriously we cannot wait to come back!

Great Spot

We go to Flagstaff every winter and are always looking for a place close to downtown so we can walk. We have two younger kids that can share a bed. If you don’t need a ton of space, this is a great option!

Perfect Place between Sedona and Grand Canyon

Our party ranged in age from 35-91 years old and it was perfect for all of us. Jenna was a perfect host and easy to communicate with through reservation , visit and check out!! The location is perfect as a stop between Sedona and Grand Canyon. We enjoyed our Night Skies Experience and recommend it but suggest doing it prior to September as the night was very cold..We Highly recommend The Bonito House

Bonito Charm

Very nice place, close to downtown. Easy access to and from highway and walking to restaurants in downtown area. Quaint, but plenty of room to relax and enjoy with others.

Wonderful home away from home in Flagstaff

We had a wonderful stay at the Bonito house in Flagstaff. The house was a great size for 3 or 4 people, with a generous living room space and kitchen, as well as two bedrooms and a nicely updated bathroom. It had every amenity we needed and was located just a few blocks walk from the downtown area. The owner supplied a wealth of information about restaurants and attractions in the Flagstaff area. The onsite parking was great and we found the neighborhood to be safe and quiet. We would recommend the Bonito house for a stay in Flagstaff.

Great Location

Bonito House was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The owner, Jenna, thought of everything to make our stay welcoming. It's a very good downtown location, with shops and restaurants only a short walk away.

Fun Flagstaff

We loved the location of this property. Our only issue was that the king bed was extremely hard so much my husband had to go sleep on the couch and I went to sleep with my child in the other room. Everything else was great!

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here as the last stop on our Sedona/Antelope Canyon/Grand Canyon extravaganza and absolutely LOVED our experience. The house is quaint, adorably decorated with a homey feel, and very clean! It was in a great location where we were able to walk downtown for dinner. Communication with the host was excellent - she even sent a long list of recommendations for anything we could think of. Overall, we felt very comfortable here, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would very happily recommend this to anybody!

Darling little house

My husband and I stayed in Flagstaff while we explored the area…Sedona, Jerome and Grand Canyon…so we were away much of the day, but it was delightful to have a clean, comfortable home to return to each evening. The house is small but the living area is laid out well so it feels roomy. We loved the location…walking distance to restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the guidebook the owner put together, listing important information about the house as well as suggestions to explore the area. There was a issue with an appliance and Jenna was very accommodating and in regular communication. Will stay again, loved this cute little place!
