Perfect Lake Stay

This property is all you will ever need. It is close to almost anywhere in Hot Springs, the property is very clean, and a quiet neighborhood! I would recommend this to anyone!

Pretty little place.

Overall the condo was nice. Relatively clean. Looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. Needs to be touched up in several places. Some items in kitchen just tossed in drawers or cabinets. Paint can in kitchen cabinet. Seemed very odd. Biggest issue I had was there wasn’t a lot of information in the condo. For example things to do in the area, restaurants, how to work fans/lights things like that. No extra towels/ pillows or sheets just in case. Wanted an extra blanket but couldn’t find one, until we left since it was in a drawer we never looked in or was made aware of. However the location was beautiful. The best location in the condo was the deck. Great view of the lake and pool. Owner sent info on time and reached out when we left to say thank you. Would stay again. Not saying all of this to be picky, just sometimes it’s the little things/touches that make the stay really special.

50th Birthday

I took my husband to celebrate his 50th birthday. Very relaxing. Loved the lake view. Will for sure be back. Host was very friendly and easy to work with.

Accommodations Excellent - the weather, not so much.

The property was located with easy access to Lake Hamilton as well as downtown Hot Springs. Very clean and perfectly set up for an extended stay. Of course Arkansas spring weather was raging the week we stayed. Overall, this is a great location and the host was very attentive.

Great place with wonderful location

This condo was very clean, decorated so nice, and comfortable. We have no complaints whatsoever. The lake is so pretty and can be seen inside and on the patio/lanai. The location is behind the shopping mall, close to numerous restaurants, and just a short drive to the park and many other restaurants. We don't think there is a better place to stay while on vacation in Hot Springs. Also, Chris was wonderful as a hostess!!

The only issue we had was with the sliding door that wouldn't lock. It wasn't at ground level so it wasn't very important

A great location.

totally surrounded by lake and trees yet just minutes away from highway leading to all sites just a few minutes away. The condo has everything needed. The mattress is VERY soft and not good for us. The view is good. We had a nice stay. .

Absolutely beautiful place!!!

The owner was super easy to work with. Added the boat slip and it was picture perfect. The ramp was 100 yards from the slip and access was easy to both. The condo was very spacious for my wife and I. We had a blast and will definitely be contacting the same place to use again in the future.

Neighbors watching on ring doorbell

I felt uncomfortable about the fact that I received messages about an extra child entering my condo. We traveled with family and friends and at different times had an extra kid or two walk in the condo. The neighbor watched us enter and exit on the ring doorbell and reported to the owner that we had an extra person. I did enter the guests as 2 adults and we had two children also. The condo is rated for four. It was my mistake that I didn’t have the kids listed. This owner sent a payment request for over $160. I paid it without complaint but it was just not a great experience. Would not stay here again mainly because of the nosy neighbor.

Great Lakefront Condo

Stayed at the condo for a quick spring break getaway. The condo had a great view of the lake and was very clean. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thanks for a great stay!

A lakefront property adds variety to my property profile. This condo is on the lake shore, close to city and casino fun. The first property at the Hot Springs Village is in the middle of the wooded nature, surrounded by lakes and golf courses.

Also this is a rare opportunity to get a lakefront unit at the Willow Beach Resort which is strategically located and well maintained by the strong HOA.

I am learning property remodeling with my personal touch and this unit needed some "tender loving care" when I bought it.
