It also offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a huge, screened lanai and an oversized southern exposure heated pool, that backs up to a golf course. The Kitchen and the Main Area:

Open the front door to a gorgeous foyer that leads you to a large great room with cathedral ceilings, a huge open dining area, and a family room with large triple sliders to the lanai and a pool area. The home is furnished to the highest standards and comfort in mind, with beautiful freshly painted interior and tropical coastal decor.

The large open kitchen is equipped with all you need to make a gourmet meal, a breakfast bar that sits 4 along with additional space with an elegant table, and 4 chairs overlooking the sparkling pool and lanai area. The kitchen has a beautiful island with white bar stools, lots of countertops, plenty of storage, pantry, and stainless-steel appliances.


The main room has big, cozy sofas so you can enjoy watching TV with the whole family. Extensive extra-wide 4 stacking sliders invite you to the lanai lounging area with an outdoor sofa, lounge chairs, and a coffee table. The spacious living room has a vaulted ceiling, great light, plenty of comfortable seating, and a 65-inch flat-screen smart TV. Entertain with ease as the flow out to the lanai has 2 large sets of stacking sliders on both sides so you can bring the outside in.

A formal dining room with a table for up to 8 guests is ideal for family holidays and celebrations.

There is also a standalone gas grill. Relax or soak up the sun on the spacious patio area or enjoy delicious cocktails and BBQ with family and friends - perfect for entertaining!


The Bedrooms:

The master bedroom suite is separated from the other secondary bedrooms and bathroom making it a perfect getaway for families or multiple couples.

The primary master bedroom offers golf course views, a comfy king-size bed, sitting area, smart TV, double sliding doors to pool, 2 huge walk-in closets and is adjoined by a spacious bright full bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and a large soaking tub.

Bedroom #2 contains a king size bed, a closet with organizers, and plenty of room.

Bedroom #3 has 2 full-size beds and a closet with organizers. The beds in the 3rd bedroom are really wide (almost a queen size).

Hallway full bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

All bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.

The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer. This home has Wi-Fi.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the garage, all available to our guests.

There is ample parking space on the driveway for our guests.

Ideally situated just minutes away from the local beaches at Boca Grande Island/20 min. drive and Englewood/13 min. drive with first-class saltwater fishing and water sports facilities all in easy reach. The gorgeous sandy beaches are full of activities. Shelling, snorkeling, boating, beachcombing, and kayaking are some of the activities within minutes of your doorstep. The Cape Haze Peninsula is also home to the Tarpon and Snook capital of the world - Boca Grande. The Patio & The Pool

The pool area is one of the main assets of this house. The pool is amazing, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee every morning on one of the deckchairs. Southern exposure provides great light and full sun.

Other things to note:
An optional heated pool fee is $30/day. If requested during winter months, the pool heater will be on 4 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the late afternoon/evening to heat the water to 86 degrees.

Pool safety gates are available and ready to install at any time.

Other things:
There are 4 bicycles to get around the neighborhood. There is a lot of golfing places around the area such as 5 golf courses to enjoy. There is a park, playground, along with tennis courts that take a 2 min drive to get to. There are 3 different beaches close to this home. There is a Warm Mineral Springs Pool in the area (20 min). Close to Punta Gorda, Boca Grande(20 min) Venice, Port Charlotte, Siesta Key Beach (must see!), Manesota Beach (13 min). Close to Winn- Dixie, Dollar Store, Publix, Walmart, Home Depot.

The area enjoys a location that is both secluded and tranquil. There are wildlife reserves where you can walk or bike. Wildlife that can be spotted is armadillos, many wild animals are spotted in the community including Armadillos, Bob Cats, and Wild Pigs. Alligators are plentiful in the canals and lakes.
A major mall is within a 20-minute drive and much local shopping is within a 5 to 10-minute drive.
