Fully air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed fiber internet, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with the option to host up to 8 thanks to an additional double mattress provided.

For your peace of mind, a security camera is positioned at the entrance facing the parking area (it can be deactivated upon request). Two additional exterior cameras will be switched off during your stay to ensure complete privacy.

On the ground floor, you will enjoy a spacious and light-filled living area featuring a lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, and more). A master suite with a private shower room, a double bed, a laundry area, and a separate toilet completes this level. A baby cot can be provided on request.

Upstairs, the sleeping area includes a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (plus an additional double mattress if needed), a children’s bedroom with two single beds, and a second independent toilet.

Outside, the fully enclosed garden offers a peaceful and private setting in a quiet neighborhood—ideal for relaxing holidays. You will enjoy a private swimming pool with no overlooking neighbors, a summer kitchen, a pétanque court, and a fire pit for warm summer evenings.

Two private parking spaces and two adult bicycles are also available, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
