Across the bay is Washburn Island, which is a 300-acre island with beautiful wildlife, take a kayak over to explore. There are children's toys in the back yard, as well as yard games for adults. There is a propane grill for you to cook your burgers on, and a fire pit for relaxing in the evenings. Grab a spot at the octagonal picnic table with the crew after an awesome beach day and relax in the private, peaceful back yard! You can even enjoy a hot shower in the brand new outdoor shower after a day at the beach!!

A freshly remodeled, spacious cottage awaits you!! This 3 to 4 bedroom home is perfect for families with small children. On the first floor is a full bathroom with a full bathtub and shower, a spacious kitchen with barstools, a living room and dining room, a laundry room, as well as an enclosed porch. Amenities in the fully stocked kitchen include a dishwasher, Keurig, regular coffee pot, toaster, etc. The living room holds a 55 inch plasma flat screen smart TV with access to multiple apps. The master bedroom (king) and the guest/playroom (twin over full bunk beds) are also located on the first floor and loaded with toys for all ages.

Upstairs on the second floor, there is one bedroom but more like 2 sleeping areas with no walls dividing them. As you enter the room, you will be greeted by friendly sharks and mermaids on both sides of the room. And both sides of the room also have a full-sized bed, dresser, and spacious closet, as well as a window with AC and skylights. In total, there is a king in the master, a twin over full bunk in the guest room on the main floor, and two full beds upstairs.

Falmouth has so much to offer and our home is right outside of all of it! It is just 5 miles from the Mashpee Commons, where you will find fabulous shopping and dining, 5 miles from the Island Queen Ferries to take you to Martha's Vineyard for the day, and 3 miles from the gorgeous Cape Cod Winery and Bad Martha's Brewery if you're looking to sample local wine or beer. Have little ones joining you? We are just 5 miles from the Cape Cod Children's museum, and 10 to the Woods Hole Aquarium!

Outside, there is parking for 3 cars in the driveway and more in the front of the house if needed.

Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of two sheds. There is a Ring doorbell on the front exterior door for safety purposes.
