La casa de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños está recién amueblada y recién pintada con colchones de primera calidad y está decorada en un estilo contemporáneo y tranquilo. Esta casa de Cabo tiene 1600 pies cuadrados de un plan de piso abierto con pisos de madera en todo. El patio está cercado para niños pequeños y mascotas, y hay una parrilla de cubierta y de gas. Tiene 2 dormitorios principales grandes de 17 'x 14' en el segundo piso. Las habitaciones 3 y 4 están en el primer piso. La casa tiene acceso inalámbrico a Internet, DVD, VCR, estéreo y cable digital. Nueva lavadora y secadora.

Esta casa es perfecta para sus kayaks, canoas o incluso su barco, ya que se encuentra en una península de aguas profundas con una navegación clara a Nantucket Sound y las islas. El lanzamiento del barco público está a pocas calles de distancia.

Great property for families. Large fenced in yard. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. Large bedrooms especially good if you have portacrib or kids travel bed. Access to pool clubhouse was great. Close to beaches and ponds. Hosts were quick to answer and questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Falmouth MA vacation

Comfortable house for an extended family with kids and pets. Good location, close to beaches as well as local activities and restaurants. The owner provided detailed information on the area along with many helpful recommendations.

Nice getaway while visiting family

We stayed over thanks giving with our pups while visiting family. Overall the experience was pleasant and easy. There were a couple of annoyances like flat pillows and some hints of planned renovation's. Of note our pups didn’t like the basement stairs so we needed to take the around the side to the stairs. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Thanksgiving at the sea

My family celebrated Thanksgiving in Falmouth. The cottage was in great proximity to the beach, market and great walks. We went to Highfield Hall to enjoy the holiday decor and scenic drives along the beach. We all slept very comfortably and enjoyed using the kitchen to cook. Bedrooms were quiet and good size. Cottage was clean, warm and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, quiet, and clean with friendly, walking neighborhood

The photos were very accurate. We'd originally booked another house with the same owners, but there was a leak in the kitchen of the other house that couldn't be repaired in time for our visit, so the owners switched us to another of their homes, which happened to be available, and it worked out great. It was a quieter street on a quiet peninsula with water views along the streets a block in either direction from the house. The inside of the house was also quiet, so when our grandchildren were playing loudly downstairs, the sound didn't travel to the bedrooms upstairs. The beds were all very comfortable, and there was plenty of closet space and dressers. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were beach chairs available to take with us. There is a lovely deck for outdoor eating and grilling. There are also flowers in window boxes and deck boxes as well as in the garden. We brought our two dogs who loved the backyard. The location is very convenient to beaches on Buzzards Bay or the sound(10 or 20 minutes away depending on your choice), to restaurants, and to the town of Falmouth (20 min. with traffic)

Did not meet expectations

We were disappointed with this rental and are surprised that it had as many favorable recommendations as it did. A few things of the things that we were disappointed with: - shower curtain liners with mold at the bottom . This is a $10 fix and unacceptable. It did not look like these had been changed in years. (I can send pictures) - We have never been asked to do our own laundry (towels and bed linens) prior to leaving. This ask does not contribute to a “vacation “ experience. I also question how sanitary this is in the COVID era? Washer and dryer were old and cleaning, drying and folding everything actually took well over 3 hours of our vacation time. - Sheets and linens were old and threadbare. Towels the same. -No hand soap or sanitizer available when we arrived -Decor was old and cheap looking. -A/C units were full of dust - had to be wiped down when we arrived. -Pictures online were clearly taken several years ago - no grass in backyard now. Back yard furniture old and falling apart . Not somewhere we wanted to hang out. Some furniture different as well. Rugs very old and didn’t appear clean. -Bikes and kayaks were a nice amenity we just didn’t have the chance to use them due to weather and other planned activities. -Overall the house was dark and dingy and could use a good cleaning and some updating.

No beach view at all. On a very busy road. Beds were unmade and one bed was literally strapped together.Steps to basement were unsafe and basement (where laundry was) was filthy. Couches had gross covers on them to hide stains from past use. Over all a big disappointment!

Fabulous stay in East Falmouth, especially if you've got dogs!!!

Wendy and Andrew were fantastic hosts. The property was ideally located (we were able to do several beach days plus day-trips to Provincetown, Nantucket, and Martha's Vineyard) and had everything we could have asked for and more. Happiest of all were our golden retrievers, who had the best time romping around the large, fenced-in backyard!

Family time

We enjoyed our family vacation. Shower pressure good, plenty of hot water. Functioning and well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms well furnished, mattresses not as firm as we would like. Plenty of dining space inside and out. Easy drive to beautiful beaches and enjoyed putting our SUPs in the water just around the corner from the house. Fenced in backyard was good for our grandchildren and s’more making. Would have liked additional/Comfortable living room chairs and better maintenance of outdoor spaces.

Nice property in good location

The house was spotlessly clean. Good location close to Menauhant Beach. Not a huge house, but comfortable for five humans and a Labrador with generously sized bedrooms and bathrooms. AC in living room and all bedrooms. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Owners were responsive and helpful.

Great Location!

We had an amazing time ! The bedrooms were spacious and my kids were able to have their own rooms. The house was fully stocked with sheets,towels and blankets. The kitchen was very easy to work with and it also had an outdoor grill. We had plenty of parking and we able to bring our boat which was on a trailer. The location was great and was very accessible to the beach and fun stores in the area. We would definitely rent here again!

Great stay at Falmouth!

We enjoyed staying at East Falmouth over the Labor Day Wkend. Weather was perfect - warm and sunny !! The house was super comfortable & had everything we needed, we had 2 teenagers and our dog with us. Fenced in backyard was a huge benefit ! All the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen was better equipped compared to other rentals we have been in. We didn’t cook much other than a breakfast or 2 but was pleasantly surprised to see some supplies in the cabinets. Thanks Wendy for quick responses ! We loved spending the long wkend break at this lovely, relaxing house. The house has everything needed for a breach trip. We explored the beach down the road and also had great time at the National Sea Shore beaches plus at nearby Woodshole and Hyannis attractions.

Good location , nice size home, welcoming neighbors. Bikes and kayaks are wonderful, great walks.

Family of 5 with 3 small dogs had a great vacation for the second year at this home. Good communication with the owners. Stairs can be a challenge for some possible renters. Large yard and fire pit.

Comfortable with great amenities

Very comfortable and spacious home, close to the beach, plenty of outdoor space. Bonus were the use of two kayaks and four bicycles which we really enjoyed. Lots of towels, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas. A few minutes away from Stop and Shop and Walmart if you need to get anything.

Perfect!

The house was perfect and even better than expected. We went away for the weekend to attend a wedding in Falmouth and it was the perfect location, close to town and so close to the beach. The house was clean and felt like home. The bedrooms were all a great size and bed's were super comfortable! The deck at the back of the house as well as the seating area outside in the back yard was a great place to just relax. We brought our dogs and they seemed to love it even more than we did. Wendy was in contact well before our visit and was available whenever we had a question or needed anything. Our weekend in the cape couldn't have been any more perfect, we would definitely love to come back to Falmouth and use this house!

We Loved Our Stay

Our stay was for an early fall wedding on the cape, so we did not have much time to enjoy the fireplace and yard, or use bikes/kayaks available (though we wanted to!). However, the house was exactly what we were looking for and was as advertised, if not better. The rooms are well furnished, beds comfortable, and kitchen well stocked with all the necessities for cooking/eating. The appliances and furniture were all modern and we had all the conveniences of home. Everyone in the group enjoyed their stay and we will definitely recommend this property to anyone we know looking for a place to stay in Falmouth. Wendy and Andrew were great in helping with the rental. Our one comment was the house actually seemed bigger than the photos would lead you to believe, which was a plus. Definitely glad we went with this property for our weekend on the cape!
