Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom town home with FREE WIFI, Cable and a 1 car garage. With an outdoor zero entry resort pool and sun terrace, The Fountains at ChampionsGate is located in Davenport and minutes from Florida's top golf courses, including the ChampionsGate Golf Resort, the National and the International golf courses. Disney World is 15 minutes away. This home has something for the whole family! And unlike many other homes in the surrounding community, this home has NO RESORT FEES.
For your peace of mind we follow guidelines for disinfection laid out by the CDC as follows:
- Disinfect kitchen and bathroom.
- Sanitize dishes & flatware in the dishwasher.
- Disinfect “high touch” points including: light switches and lamps; doorknobs and handles, keypads; tabletops; cabinet and dresser knobs; electronics and appliances.
The space
This spacious and beautifully decorated town home is perfect for small groups or families. Spread out in the roomy living/dining area and enjoy the conservation view from the private patio. The master suite features a king bed with a walk-in shower and waterfall shower head. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twins. Unit features a living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, one-car garage, and private patio.

Over the years we have had our best experiences staying in villas and apartments instead of hotels. We have found it is a more comfortable way to spend time with family and friends, and save some money too!
