Wedding weekend

Friends stayed in condo for a Disney wedding and we all loved the convenience and set up of the home. Responsive property managers. Clean, well supplied and perfect size for what this group needed.

Allstar Worlds Stay

Accuracy of listing was spot on with pictures however there were some things broke or had wear and tear, I just called to make sure I didn’t get charged for any of those things and took pictures when we arrived. Had 0 issues with that! Overall a great affordable option for Orlando! Would def stay there again!

Perfect for Our Family

We were in town to watch our daughter play softball. We picked this propertt because the tram was staying in the area. This place was exactly what we expected. The listing was spot on. We wish we had time to enjoy the little pool but the schedule didnt allow it. The booking process was easy. Check in was simple. Plenty of parking. Only 20 minutes from Disney. Being in a gated community made it feel a little safer. We would definitely stay here again.

Property Management Terrible-Traffic to Disney is bad

The property management team is horrible. A clogged toilet was left for 3 days with no assistance. The pool is small. Prepare to sit in traffic about 1 hour to parks (one way). We made the best out of it but will not stay here again.

Just OK

This is one of two units I rented. This one was OK but the other house was cancelled. Worst experience in my life. This unit did not have any shampoo or laundry and dishwasher soap which I would expect with the price we paid.

Check in was shocking, given totally diffrrent address just before we got there

Property was not clean, mattressess stained, blinds dirty & couldn't be opened or closed. Power turned off completelty before time of vacating property. You have a cheek to state in your terms & conditions that if towels are stained or stolen people will be charged when you can't have property clean for renting

Nice place

The unit was very clean. Pool is as small as looks in the pictures but was good to cool off. This particular unit is not close enough to walk to any of the amenities such as pools, tennis, golf etc. I noticed previous reviews about the issues with the TV remotes and I had the same issues. I did bring a ROKU stick so that made life easier but the TV's are difficult to operate with the remotes provided. Overall a nice unit and I would stay again if I was looking to do something in Champions Gate (we were here for our daughters dance competition that was held in the hotel). If you are looking to do the theme parks it will be a bit of a drive and I-4 is always backed up.

Winter Vacation

The property worked quite well for our family. I used Champions Gate in the past and stayed on the other side. That was more convenient for us. Driving to the larger pool was ok, but a bit of a pain. We had one car and one pass, had to drop my wife and others at the pool. We were there for a month not a quick in and out. I would suggest a bit more updated gear inside. Pull out the very bright lighting and put in some low softer LED's. Also, the key-pad never worked, we just made it like 1970 and used the key... The place was clean but would suggest some cleaning supplies, i.e. a swifter or mop to clean floors. I realize these places are in/out for most people, but for us a month is a long time without cleaning gear.... Otherwise very nice.... For us, if we do it again next year, I will attempt to go to the older section like previously, so my family can walk to the pool and I can golf without worrying about them

Mgmt company issues

Propertyis as large as advertised davenport is too far from Disney and that is not a criticism. I provided the names of my entire party to the mgmt company ultimately the property had only my name. I called the mgmt company while i was at universal the rep said they had forwarded the names. In short, i was left to try and resolve it. THAT was unprofessional. I booked hotel rooms the next morning and cleaned the unit and left EARLY. I have more issues with the mgnt company but the issue cited sums that org up perfectly. No way would i ever recommend ANY property managed by the current property manager.

Clean but wouldn't stay again.

The condo was very clean. However, the tv in one of the guest rooms never worked. I tried contacting the rental company and never heard back. There was barely anything to cook with in the kitchen. No wash clothes or towels for kitchen. The outlets in the bathrooms had to be reset every day at the breaker box which was really annoying. Do not stay here if you are planning on going to Disney because with the traffic- it took us about 45 min to get to and from Disney every day. We went to the pool on site and the people that worked there were so rude and everything was so expensive. You couldn't even bring your own water bottle inside. I would not stay here again.

Excellent Except 2 Things

The property was fantastic and kudos to whoever is cleaning/managing it. I’d rate 5 stars except the master bathroom shower window needs privacy glass. It’s clear glass without even curtains. I’m sure many out there have anxiety about using VRBOs and hidden cameras or whatnot. For our experience at this rental, my wife jumped in the shower late at night when we arrived and didn’t realize with the lights on inside that anyone outside, including the house directly across the street, had a nice peep show. Maybe innocent, but why not install frosted glass in a front facing shower window that is lower than chest height? You can buy vinyl privacy frosted glass film on amazon for $20. Also, the power outlets in the master bath weren’t working, so we shared the bathroom the kids were using for the rest of our stay.

Disney Family Holiday

My husband and I stayed with our daughter, son-in-law and 5 year old grandson and 2 year old granddaughter, the home was excellent for two families, lovely area, easy access to Disney and a lovely community pool area, with complimentary shuttle to and from the oasis pools. The home was clean, but cleaners should close bathroom doors and clean behind them and perhaps move furniture and clean in behind stuff…home was well stocked, but no tea towels in the kitchen, and only 1 detergent for dishwasher and one roll of toilet paper half gone in the bathrooms…….overall a great place to spend a week!!

Beautiful Home, but a little disappointed

The home is as pictured, very clean and beautiful, but there were hardly any supplies. We were 6 adults staying for a week and were only given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. There was no salt, pepper, sugar, napkins, kitchen towel, filters for the coffee maker, only one packet for the dishwasher, no laundry detergent, and only one extra garbage bag. So needless to say, we had to spend extra money for all those supplies that we weren't counting on. In the email they send, it says if you leave extra supplies we will be charged, well I couldn't see throwing away the napkins, salt, pepper, and sugar, coffee filters, kitchen towel, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent and extra toilet paper we had purchased, so I reached out to the Deconova concierge via the email address they send that we are to use if there are issues/concerns and never got a response. There were no instructions on how to lock the keypad when you leave the house, we had to figure that out ourselves, there were no instructions on when garbage pick up is, other than to leave it in the bench when we check out, but it also said don't leave too much, so we asked the cleaning ladies who we happened to see and left the garbage out daily and it got picked up. The pool guy just showed up without warning and then left the hose in the pool, so we weren't sure if that was supposed to stay there or be taken out. The wifi was hit or miss, one of the TVs upstairs didn't work, and cell service was less than optimal. The community center with the pools and theater etc, was not walking distance at all, you have to drive there, and go through another gated community to get there, and it's so crowded that you can't even enjoy any of it, we literally walked in and out. Overall, it is a nice comfortable house and convenient distance to the theme parks and grocery store, but be prepared to buy extra supplies and deal with construction traffic. I never did hear from the concierge, but I reached out via the VRBO app about a different question, and I got an answer to that question, but not to the questions on my email. Most VRBO homes I've stayed in have instructions left in the house on different things about the house, rules, etc, but this one did not. Nice comfy home, but I doubt we will stay there again.
