You have arrived at your Galveston beach destination. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pet friendly townhome offers unobstructed Gulf views. 3 Balconies. Gulf views from inside the property in the living areas and Master bedroom. Walk, don't drive right on to the sandy beach! 3nd row from the beach. This location is truly a rare find. We are located in the heart of Galveston West end. We Short drive to the Seawall attractions and restaurants, yet far enough away to enjoy Galveston quiet West end beaches. A golf cart can be rented directly across the street.

Your vacation defines comfortable/ cozy, Beach living. We accommodate up to 8 guests with three full bedrooms, including a primary en-suite Master bedroom that features a King bed and beautiful Gulf view. Direct balcony access from our Master suite. The Master bathroom features a bathtub with its spacious design. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed, tropical mural, and direct balcony access. Our third bedroom offers a 2 single beds. We also have a pull out sofa in the living room. Full kitchen stocked with all you need to cook a coastal meal or warm up food on the go. TV, WIFI for streaming. Our listing allows you to book for 10 guests if you are bringing children. 6 adult max. We provide a pack and play for guest use. We require approval for 10 guests.

Come Enjoy our truly unobstructed Gulf views, the salt air, and our fabulous location / amenities! The house also has a NEMA 14-50 outlet for electric car charging. Our property offers covered/ designated parking for up to 2 cars under the townhouse. 2 additional cars can be parked in the driveway. No full-sized vehicles under the property. No parking fees.

Pet approval is required before booking with pets. No pets over 30 pounds. 2 pet max. No puppies. $75.00 per pet upon approval. No cats due to allergies.

Galveston has great beaches, family entertainment, the Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, golf courses, the Strand, and great restaurants.

Family fun

We truly had a wonderful trip! We were so comfortable in this beautiful house. We had all the necessities to cook breakfast each morning and then take a short walk to the beach. Would stay again for sure!

The photos posted are from the deck of the house. Unobstructed views of ocean. Beautiful sunrise with morning coffee. The house was amazing with everything you need! Beautiful and comfortable. Decks on every level with ocean view. Really enjoyed the “crows nest” on top for sunrises. The owner thought of everything in the house. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great house and location

It was mostly great. Lots of stairs for a 63 year old to carry bags and groceries up to. A few ceiling fans didn’t work. If I were younger it would have been perfect. The grandkids loved it. It was a great location! Great stay!

Great location just. Short walk to the beach…and it’s a very clean well managed beach with no cars driving on it. Property is very clean and maintained and the location is perfect.

Heaven near the beach

Beautiful and comfortable home with a two minute walk to the beach. Away from the crowds with the beach to yourself. It is well appointed and comfortable. Will be staying here again

Fun in the sun! Great spot for the whole family!

Plenty of space, love the feel and decor. 2nd bedroom bed is uncomfortable though. Close to the beach and grocery store. Would come again but maybe when it’s cooler weather.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible beach house on Jamaica Beach in Galveston. The location was perfect—just steps away from the beautiful sandy shores, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. The house boasted fantastic amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a lovely outdoor deck with stunning views. We particularly enjoyed the deck, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! The hosts were exceptional! They were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. From providing local tips to making sure we had everything we needed, their hospitality truly made our experience memorable. I highly recommend this beach house for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can’t wait to return

Very pleasant, quiet and relaxing stay very close to the beach.

This property quite honestly was pretty amazing, and the property manager communicated very promptly and thoroughly. It is a multi-level townhome style 3 bedroom with an additional hide-a-bed in the living area. Great views from all 3 decks (the crows nest is a nice touch although it has very steep stairs to access it) of both the beach and the southern/western sky.The property has nearly everything one would need for most any type of cooking be it stovetop, oven or grill.We celebrated a milestone birthday for my partner and even though the weather wasn't the greatest, we have ample room for relaxation and playing some games.I would not hesitate to book this property again for a future stay near Galveston.

Beautiful ... 5 STAR Condo

This property is awesome ... clean, updated and a wonderful location with amazing views of the Gulf. Only problem we had was with the towels ... there were only 2 towels in the condo ... they were clean but with 3 adults and 1 teenager ... we went out and bought our own. I tried to find a contact phone number but without luck ... even on VRBO or the check in info, but otherwise, absolutely 5 STARS. We would love to stay in this condo again. Did I mention ... SPOTLESS!

Great location

The location was great. The beds were comfy. Convenient drive to Galveston, yet not too close so we still felt secluded and comfortable . A couple small things as far as cleaning and trash left behind from previous tenants but nothing serious.
